So I tried leaving a second review because I'm so impressed by this theme, but apparently you can only have a single review. I'm combining them here:

1st review (Nov 2018):

This is a great theme with a ton of control and display options. There is a lot to it, so it takes time to learn everything, but it's well worth it. The developers provide an outstanding level of customer service, and it's apparent that they take pride in their product.

I highly recommend Knowhere Pro, and if their other products are built and supported to the level I've experienced, I would recommend them too.

2nd Review (Dec 2018):

I've already left a review on Customer Support, but I'm adding another because this theme is so great. It functions amazingly well and is just about fully customizable with a ton of features. One word of caution though, there is so much available, that it takes time to figure out how it all works together. If you have the patience and/or skills to learn everything about this theme, you'll be extremely satisfied by it. I really can't say enough about how appreciative I am to have this theme, and I very highly recommend it.

Update on the customer service since my last review was about a month ago...I am still of the opinion that it is, without a doubt, the best customer service available. You're in good hands with this theme's author.
