Updating this theme has broken my website:
All I see now is this and I can't find any help on this anywhere. It was a great theme until it broke!!

This theme is beautiful and to the point for what it's made for.

Would have give 5 stars if it's updated more often.

This theme looks nothing like the demo content and support is unresponsive in showing how to fix it. As far as I can tell no way to get a refund.

The theme is not bad, but it's not easy to customize.

Left a comment and sent two support requests months ago with zero response. Worst support I've ever seen on ThemeForest.

The theme structure makes very difficult to make a custom childtheme.

Changing my 5 star review to a 3 star. This is a great theme, but it hasn't been updated with new features or bug fixes since April of 2016 even after submitting several bugs to the author. This author also created a plugin of the same name that has more features and WAS getting frequent updates until again the updates almost stopped. This is really the best theme and plugin available on the market that we've used for this purpose, even without a ticketing feature. It's a shame it's gone to the wayside. With a such a great product PressApps could release more features and sell it for money but currently there's zero reason to renew a license since it doesn't get updated any longer and the support site doesn't distinguish between the theme and the plugin, making it hard to find support for either one. The two should be separated since each has their own features.

As others have said, customer support is nonexistent. This is unfortunate because that is something you are paying for. I submitted a ticket for a simple request over 6 days ago and have never received a response.

There are other knowledge base themes out there that have excellent support. This is not one. Look elsewhere.

The theme lacks some basic customizability... and it's not coded the best making it difficult to make basic CSS and HTML changes.

The customer/ product support is nonexistent. You'll wait days to get a basic couple word answer from the developer... which usually results in him telling you that its not an issue with his theme or you need to hire a developer.

There is ZERO documentation on how to setup the product.

I'd look elsewhere before buying this a product from this developer.
