Hello, I purchased this theme and one day later, when I come back to my main computer with a widescreen I saw that this theme is not compatible with widescreens ?! In 2022 seriously ? There is a big white space to the right of the main banner. Can you tell me how to avoid this ? I’m very disapointed. Thanks.

I can only suggest you to open your demos (on your own website) on a screen with a bigger resolution than 1080p to see the result :)

I emailed support once and they replied with irrelevant information to something I didn’t ask. And then didn’t get a reply again from them.

Documentation is very bad. Basically just tells you how to install a demo. Doesn’t tell you how to edit any features, says nothing about using the newsletter feature. The video doesn’t auto play either, no settings to do this. Most of the things you might want to customise seem to be code related so it would seem very hard to use for somebody with no coding knowledge. If that’s not the case, the documentation doesn’t make this clear how to do it.

It’s also very misleading when they advertise this theme. “Lots of different product page stylings” etc. But what they don’t tell you, is that’s specific to each demo. It’s not a simply ‘change this styling’ dropdown or anything, you need to copy the coding schema and CSS to make these modifications.

Theme styling is fantastic, but support and documentation is lacking.

I did, multiple times and they replied with unhelpful information that had nothing to do with my questions, just told me to upload a theme. And at some point they didn’t reply for 5 days I had to message again for a reply

SOLVED: I Figured it out.

Very Clunky – NO Typography adjustment without loading a new theme. Don’t waste you money or time on this one like I did. Can I get a refund? You get what you pay for with this one. Beware

ALSO – It is VERY LAME that Envato allows theme builder to comment on each others themes when They obviously have not used them.
