As for the plugins used, they are regularly updated along with template updates, and there was an update a few days ago that includes all plugin updates. We need to know what problems you’re facing if there is indeed a real issue!

Unfortunately I already had to uninstall it, it was for a client, and I lost time and money. Because for a long time it had conflicts with plugins (that came included) and the template, that’s why my request by this way, because I consider not to use it again since it brought me problems.

Hi bro … when will you refund my money? your theme doesn’t work as expected
I purchased this design in the past and created a dummy blog with the name ‘livebok.’ After that, I neglected this design for the past couple of years. When I attempted to use it again, it informed me that it had already been used. I haven’t used it under the name ‘livebok.’ If it was used previously under that name, please revoke this license. I have not benefited from it at all, and I would appreciate receiving a new license. This is not fair.

I have purchased several designs, but the activation method for the designs is not conventional. All designs are activated using an Item Purchase Code, and when it is applied, the design is activated, but removing it results in deactivation. It must be more straightforward than that. However, thank you for your cooperation in the end.
The current activation has been canceled. You can now re-activate on your new website easily. Please update the latest version of the theme via FTP.
How can I do that? Please, allow me. I tried to update the design, but it doesn’t refresh and gives me an error message that it failed or there’s an issue with the page.
To manually upload theme, login with your credentials FTP to your website and locate the wp-content folder in your WordPress install files. Upload the un-zipped ‘kolyoum’ folder into the: wp-content/themes folder.
Every time an error occurs in executing the command, what is the solution?
Download the latest available theme version now and replace all the files manually, and this issue will disappear completely.

Everytime I try to activate the theme it’s gave me this error : There has been a critical error on this website. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress. And as I see there is a lot a people suffering from this issue , Amr you need to fix this fast , we like your theme and work but facing this error is enraging so Amr please find a solution I’ve send you a mail and you still don’t reply.

Hello, I’m trying to change the font of the “List” whenever I publish an article. However, the font from the “List” is different than the paragraph itself (meaning it’s different from the main font of the site). How can I get the “List” bullet points appear with the main font of the site? I triede checking typography in the theme settings, but i’m not so sure where to change the list. Thank you! Omar

I purchased 6 months support and Wordpress keep telling me that there´s a new version available (2.4.1). I download my purchase but installs as (2.4.0). Also, I´m trying to use Elementor with your theme, the widget panel is grayed out and loading endlessly. With other themes Elementor works fine.
