Unfortunately, RTL is not supported. Anyhow all shortcodes without dynamic shortcodes should be working well on RTL. You can check our themes with RTL support in this article.

Thanks for taking an interest in our theme. We have implemented WooCommerce in this theme but for multivendor, you will need to use an extension and we need to say that we didn’t test that plugin with our theme so we cannot confirm compatibility.

The theme will be listed once you submit a ticket for it. When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Elated) and then theme.

My Woocommerce’s product details always show this text: “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua. PLEASE HELP – I have been trying to import the demo data for two weeks. Every time, it gets stuck on a certain % and doesn’t load any further, no matter how many hours I wait. Today, I followed the guide to import via .xml, and tried to import the demo data again but it is stuck on 52%. I’m really behind on this website build because of this issue, and I need assistance from support. Unfortunately, although my purchased Konsept theme is showing on themeforest.net, it is not showing on my qodeinteractive.com account so I can’t raise a support request. Please help me here.

If you are somehow having an issue with the demo import we would kindly ask you to check your resources as well as you can always try to import our demo content with our XML file.

The Konsept theme will show in your supported items after you submit a ticket for the theme. So you only need to fill in Theme, Theme profile and Purchase code in order to submit a ticket. After you have done this it will be listed under your supported items.

You can use default My Account page by WooCommerce for login/registration in this case.
Also, it is worth mentioning that the labels in the theme are translatable and you can adjust them with Loco Translate plugin (please see screenshot).
To translate/change any label inside the theme or bundled plugin please try following instructions from this article – How To Use The Loco Translate Localization Plugin. If you cannot locate some label inside the theme please try adding translation for Konsept Membership plugin or other bundled plugins and search for labels there.

Hi, I have purchased the theme but I am unable to successfully implement it, when i try to import data from Koncept dashboard it get stuck at 96%, and it show that it has configuration error of POST MAX SIZE which is 2047m but it say that is should be 256 , i have contacted wordpress theme but they told me that there is no way to change the php config. Please revert asap.

Unable to login to your support panel. not receiving email confirmation after signup. What is to be done? We have a simple question, the demo website you have color swatches with colors in it after installing the color swatch option becomes a drop down. There is no data on the documentation as to how to setup color swatches. Request you to reply over here so that other users facing the same issue can look at this section rather that writing an email to you, since your support panel seems a bit buggy.

Can I disable the store/Woocommerce functionality so I can turn this into a theme for ONLY presenting my products?

Shop functionality is achieved with WooCommerce plugin, and catalog mode isn’t available as a standard option. For it, you will need WooCommerce extension.
Also you could consider to use some CSS code if you want just to hide prices, a and buttons on products, for example.

Hi We have a problem with the theme we install it in a server then we want to transfer it to other server we try to do it but it show that the theme used already so we delete it from the old sever and still is showing is used on other server how to solve this

The issue is that Konsept core and nay plugins is returning that no strings are available…so cannot do it there…Also changes in Konsept options are not reflecting on y website.
