Customer service was given a unique admin login to upload the demo content since it was not uploading. They then created 2 more users on my WordPress and deleted another WordPress admin user and changed the password. If I didn't have access to my database I would have been locked out. The other username is unable to be deleted. DO NOT BUY THIS THEME IF YOU WANT SUPPORT.

On top of that, when I was able to edit and access my site there's very little customizable options and you're very very limited.

The values don't save, so you have to re-enter everything every time if you do want to save.

The Menus is not working properly on mobile devices. Even after informing support, it is not fixed for more than a month.

This theme is great. It´s slick, easy to setup and customize and has lot of tools to create gook looking websites. The after-sale support is also great, they get back to you with a solution in a short time. Great job!
