I am using template number 4 to display products (https://konte.uix.store/product/slim-trapered-rip-jeans/?product_layout=v4). I have two questions:
1. In the demo I am creating (https://goo.su/H6aEeaQ), the image should appear in 500×500, but it appears in 400×400, and the image is very close to the left. I would like it to be centered.
2. The title description should appear, because the details appear directly without a title.

Regarding your questions:
1. Looks like you set the image size to 400 for single product image. Please go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images and check your settings again.
You can use this CSS to align the image to center:

2. Do you mean the short description? It should appear below the title. Do you have a custom code that removes it? Please open a ticket on the support site and provide the admin login credentials. Our developer will help you check it.

The cart in the bottom navigation bar on mobile is not the cart panel, but the cart itself (which is a useless page and mostly not well designed). Would it be possible to have it as cart panel, or even better: the checkout page?

Actually, it is should be a cart panel by default. Unless you selected to open the cart page as the cart icon behavior.
Perhaps there is a JS conflict on your website. It causes the cart panel can’t open and redirect to the cart page.

Hi there. With all due respect, my support period is over. Unfortunately I have a quality problem with the cover image on the product detail page 
When I right click on this product photo and open it in a new tab, it appears to be 840×960. actually the actual size of this photo is 1400×1600.
Can we show the actual size of the product photo in this box? It does not look good as we are showing the 840×960 product photo.

You can change the size of product images in Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images. It is the option for “Main image width”. Look like it is set as “840”, you can adjust it to “1400” or larger to prevent WooCommerce from resizing the product image.

You can already see the issue on your demo page (Related – products – https://konte.uix.store/elementor/product/alex-slides/). In the related products section there is a 40px gap on mobile (too big), while on the left and right sides, there is a 20px gap. 40px gap doesn’t look visually pleasing. For example, on the homepage (Top pick products https://konte.uix.store/elementor-furniture/?header_version=v2&header_search_style=icon-modal), we have the same sliding products, but the gap between them is consistent, just like on the left and right sides (20px).

Hello, Since theVersion 2.2.8 of Konte template, when we click on the cart icon on the top right of the website, the pictures of the products are way too big in the cart panel.
Since then I am forced to stay stuck in the Version 2.2.7
I understand that in your changelog of the Version 2.2.8 you are saying : Tweak – Use the default product thumbnail size for order reviews on the checkout page. What I don’t understand is how I could change the product picture sizes in the cart panel. I have to use high resolution picture as a product “primary” picture for the product page, it doesn’t mean that I want it huge in the cart panel…
What can I do please?

Thanks for your feedback. Perhaps your website is using a cache plugin. After the theme updated, you should refresh all cache to update new changes from the theme.
Thank you so much! Do you guys plan on releasing a new update to fix the new wordpress and woocommerce compatibility? Since I am on WooCoommerce Version 8.3.0 and Wordpress Version 6.4., when we open a product page (no matter what product), the “Description” panel is automaticaly opened on top of the product page. We have to manually close it to start interacting with the product page.

You can deactivate plugins one by one to test plugins and find the one that causes this problem.

I made a staging and deactivated ALL PLUGINS except the WooCommerce one and I still have the bug
For your information, the support from WooCommerce manage to reproduce the bug and they told me this :
“I’ve determined the following JavaScript file from the theme is clicking on the size guide link unnecessarily
/wp-content/themes/konte/js/scripts.min.js?ver=2.3.1
On blocking this script on my browser, the issue resolves. I would suggest reaching out to Konte theme support team for further help.”

We’ve just released a new version to fix this issue. You can update the theme to fix this issue on your website now.
Theme not compatible with official WooCommerce bundle plugin:
- bad layout in cart, “includes” not at the right position (CSS) - when adding a single bundle item, that has min quantity_min=2, to the cart, nothing happens. No error is shown. With WooCommerce Storefront theme an error appears as expected: “product” cannot be added to your cart. The quantity of “bundle item 2” cannot be lower than 2. - when a variable product is part of the bundle, the “empty selection” button is not at the right position.
Please ensure compatibility with at least the most bought official WooCommerce plugins. I won’t setup or provide a demo. Just setup WooCommerce + Bundle plugin + your theme and you will see the issues.

Hello. After the latest updates to Elementor and Woocommerce, we noticed that adding products to the cart is failing.
It does not show any messages and does not update the cart automatically. We need to refresh the screen to see the added products.

You can enable that mobile bottom menu in Appearance > Customize > Mobile > Bottom Bar.
This feature was introduced in Konte v2.3.0, so you should ensure your theme is updated to use this feature.
