You can set the Shop Page to an other page you’ve created under Pages by going to the WooCommerce plugin Settings, that should help!

Hi, Iam using the theme from envato elements in 5 websites, i love it but today i watch my site code.
But i see a bigger big problem, The theme is loading the footer-bg.jpg from the demo.upperthemes.com! Why?
Can u tell me why is the image loading from your Host?
i see it in Developer tool like this:

Instagram post can’t display. I get this message : Please authorize Instagram on Appearance > Koral Options > Social Networks > Instagram and clicking on Authorize Instagram. I do it and the Instagram posts still can’t display.

Try de-authorizing then save the panel. Then re-authorizing it and save the panel again. If you have any caching plugin make sure you purge the cache as well.

Is the theme still supported? Specifically, Cube portfolio plugin. I am having problems configuring it in ajax mode. Is koral_custom_post_types related to this plugin https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/portfolio-post-type/? The theme is importing in my old portfolio instead of Cube posts.

How can you change the Koral Logo under the Newsletter. I cant find the option

You can change it under Appearance > Koral Options > Widgets Area > Footer. You’ll have the logo options on the Secondary Footer section.

I am talking about the Koral Logo on the right Sidebar of the newsletter. That logo does not change nor follow the Logo options under Appearance > Koral Options > Widgets Area > Footer.

I take a look at your account and saw that your support expired on 2019-12-04. To access support and post your questions you need to extend the support on the theme page.
Regarding the issue you talk, i cannot replicate it on our dev installations, i don’t see any problem with the accordions. Make sure you are using the latest version of the theme and plugins. Also on the shortcode, make sure you add the Section ID.

I updated my theme, updated all my plugins. The authorization is succesfull but I still get this error in my footer “Something went wrong. Please re-authorize Instagram on Appearance > Koral Options > Social Networks > Instagram and clicking on Authorize Instagram.” I authorized and deauthorized and everything for many times. What can I do?

Hi guys, first, TREMENDOUS THEME! GREAT in every single detail, I’m just having one small issue right away when working on my site, When I activate “UNDER CONSTRUCTION” mode, and select the page, it doesn’t work, Logged or not, the website always shows what I set as my main page on WordPress.
