If you want to update the plugin. You have to download full package of the theme. After that you can extract it to get plugin file to update

If the candidate has say 25 skills, I think you need to redesign the skills section as it would eat up a lot of page space both online and on the downloaded resume.

You can only show application by status. You can not sort applications by status
What status are there for the employer? Like when the application deadline expires, the employer will see all the applications, then what do they do when sort ting out to get say the top few candidates for the interview? Can you add Not Successful, Shortlisted, Interviewed and Hired. That would make the system good the employers.

If you want to use latest version of the theme + plugins. You need to download full package version. After that you need extract it to get theme + plugin file

Does the fact that only logged in employers can download a CV require that other people who are not entitled to download it go to the 404 not found page?
Visitors who are not entitled to download a CV should never see the CV Download button or receive a warning message after clicking the Download CV button.
And answer the second of the first questions I asked;

Candidate: Can not apply if profile not complete. Employer: Can not post job if profile not complete.
You can just add restriction to complete profile before doing any other action. It’s very important.
