Thanks for writing in! Unfortunately, RTL is not supported. Anyhow all shortcodes without dynamic shortcodes should be working well on RTL.
When it comes to the membership plugin we do not have any included except the regular WooCommerce account page https://krafti.qodeinteractive.com/my-account/
You can always try to use some third party plugin for this purpose but you should know that we have not tested these plugins with our theme for compatibility.

- you can check the issue by these steps : Landing page (any demo with products on lading pages) -> click Product -> click Back button -> try scroll down -> you can see there is some delay / refresh in PC. in mobile, it redirects to the top.

I had to install and delete the theme several times as well as wordpress because of bugs and the slider license does not work !! Yet I take the key as indicated in the files. I’m not mistaken but it doesn’t work!

That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.

I bought this theme and installed it yesterday. But it doesn’t go at all. I had to install wordpress and I have a lot of error messages. I managed to install the theme but a lot of things are not working. However, I have tried many times. There is a big problem with compatibility because the versions are not up to date at all. For the price it is really regrettable. The license for the revolution slider does not work either. and the woocommerce plugin crashes everything. I looked for many solutions. It’s unusable.
Could I have an exchange with the customer relations department?
Could I have a refund or an exchange with another theme that works please? ? !!

Could you please let us know which PHP version are you using? If you are perhaps using PHP 8.x please note that we haven’t tested the theme with this PHP version yet so we do recommend using PHP 7.4 in the meantime.
Also, if you are running latest WordPress version, please try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.
Newer WordPress versions introduced block based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.

Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon. Thanks for taking an interest! This is for sure possible as you can register it on your test domain and when you are finished you need to deregister it and migrate. Once this is done you can simply register the theme again on your regular domain.

Also, we have started recommending the third-party Instagram Feed plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/ to our customers, as the plugin is more specialised for Instagram, and we did not have any compatibility issues with it. Their plugin has already been updated to be compatible with the API changes so you could try it out until our developers find a suitable solution.

Great theme! But having some bug situations at the moment.
I can’t change the header settings. When I change the typeof header to left or center it still stays on standard. When I try to change sticky scroll to up and down it still only works as scrolling up. And when I set the website to “Boxed mode” in “General” it works but there is this zigzag line which still is wide on the page and can’t fix it.
Do you know how to fix the header issues?

So it is compatible with wordpress 5.4.2 and woo commerce 4.2.0? I believe we can remove lightbox and use autozoom? Also, it is possible to add more than one images for a single product right so that when the user clicks on alternate image, it appears on the product image placeholder?

Yes, all our themes are compatible with the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce. When it comes to removing lightbox it is integrated part of our theme and can be removed only if you disable or rewrite specific script in charge of this. If you’re swift with web development perhaps you can achieve this. It is important to note that we are not in a position to help you with this, since custom coding goes outside the support scope we can provide, sorry about that.
