An excellent customer support!

I bought this theme 2 months ago and some of the features was supposed to be added based on my need and Gavias customer support is excellent in terms of understanding the need of the client and the customization was actually a paid features, however Gavias customer support is tremendous and they did everything for FREE! I am very much satisfied with the theme and the support:)

5 stars are just not enough to properly express the 10 star customer service provided!! They are extremely quick, polite and responsive to queries. In addition they have made every effort ot accommodate my requests and have delivered on multiple fronts. They are extremely attentive and always willing and eager to please. It's been a pleasure to work with them and I have no hesitation in recommending this theme and the team behind it.

I purchased the theme because the sales number was at 666. Good karma for me : ) Sofar setting up the theme is easy and I think it will work well.

Only two features I wish were included.

#1 The ability to refund or not charge donators until the "project" has been fully funded. I would like the option to not charge until it is a success or if it failed, the donor is not charged. For my use, I feel some people will be less inclined to fund the project if it will never take off and they invest in a project that will never take off.

#2 I was a little disappointed that the project counter or numbers are not automated and need to be manually updated. I thought these numbers would be tracked and automatically updated. Not too big of a deal, but thought it would be cool.

All in all, I like the theme and would have purchased it again.

I sent a support request and within an hour my problem was resolved.

Everything works so smooth. When I am not sure about anything, I get almost immediate help from the Support. I had very bad experience in the past with different author of different theme and this is so much better.
The theme is fine without any glitches. Really, it just works the way you suppose it should work.
I recommend this theme with 6 stars (if possible) :)
