We are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however it will be listed in the change log.

WP 5.8 introduced block based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out.  You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. But if you need an immediate update of any of the plugins, please send us a mail to helpcenter@qodeinteractive.com providing your purchase code in it and one of our support agents will provide you with latest versions. Hi, yes we are using the WooCommerce built subscriptions. We have disabled this along with every other plugin and the problem persists. The shop page and the short codes do not load the products. The only page that loads is the actual individual product page. When we disable the theme, everything works. I am not sure what to do from here?

We also disabled our CDN, and removed WP Rocket. Still no dice on getting the shop page to show the products.
