Hello,
presale question: Is there also a module for a single image without text/button (“image only”) for example for full width or fixed width (600/800 px…). Because if you delete text from a module with image bg it will change height of image. Or is alternative possible to integrate some custom code (change it) on a module?

Hi… I check that if I delete text on the background images, the images height are not change, it’s fixed.
but if you found the images height are changes after you edit it, you can send your edited mail by export it to my inbox then I will fix it for you.

Hi, This is a great template however it is not responsive, many of the modules do not correspond with the preview and many that should have individual images only have the button to change 1 image making half of the modules in the template useless. I asked you to fix this for me on one three modules, you fixed only one and then all the images for the socials disappeared. When I told you that they disappeared, you ignored me, when I opened the code, I see that the images were completely removed. I would like assistance to fix the remaining modules on the templates that do not work but I need to know that you are not going to go in there and remove any images or take out anything that has nothing to do with what you need to fix. I don’t know if this is how all developers on themeforest work but it seems very unprofessional to make something that is supposed to work one way and then force people to chase you to fix it. It has been 1 month and you havent even esponded when I told you the social images have been removed. Will you fix the aditional modules with no drama please?

I have purchased this templates. However I have come to realize none of the pictures are inside and are on replaced with dummy images with size sepcifications.
This is not what I am looking for. I think this is misleading and perhaps I would like a refund for this. Thanks

Hi.. thanks to purchased this item.. the easy way to edit it use the stampready builder, create the stampready (stampready.net) account it’s free, then use the stampready builder software. I already explain this on the document file, please read it. if you want to send your email with mailchimp, download your edit email to dekstop, the upload it to malchimp. don’t forget to change the unsubscribe link with unsub mailchimp tag.

I have checked in “multiporpuse” kumail1, the first picture, where is sizes like 1336×600, I cannot change it, there is no “edit”. The same with kumail5, there I can change small picture 400×300, but big picture cannot.

Are you using stampready builder? if you so it should be no problem. because I allready re test it and it’s working well. but if you use mailchimp you cannot change background image, because mailchimp it self have no feature to change the background images.
best solutions is use the stampready builder to edit background images, export it to the dekstop and upload to the mailchimp, just change the unsubcribe link if you want to send it with mailchimp (this is important)

Hello again! I have added template to stampready, edited it, exported it to zip and browsed it to mailchimp. I have tested it, sending to Outlook, but email looks not very nice..its like “flattened out”, buttons also not fully represented and the last picture on the bottom is not shown. What can it be? I have tested to gmail, there is everything is ok. Thank you in advance.
I also sent test email from stampready to Outlook, the same story..
Hi.. thats because email outlook it self does not suported the @font-face so cannot render font perfectly
