I downloaded Kunco a few days ago to make a website for a religious-based non-profit and I just had to take a break in the middle of the design to leave a review for the theme and Gavias' attitude to customer support which are just above and beyond what I could have expected.

I chose my favorite feature to give the five-star rating because Gavias' customer support is just the best I've experienced so far. He is patient and thorough and his screenshots always resolve the problem. I try to only ask if I can't find something in the forum.

Feature availability - This theme is so full of features, I wish my organization was complex enough to use them all! It's really like a lamborghini, in terms of what this theme can do, it's really amazing.

Design quality - I chose this theme because I found it gorgeous. My finished theme will look very different from the demos and previews on Themeforest because I chose a dark theme for everything, but the base design concept is so elegant, classy, versatile, it is really exactly what I was looking forward.

I have to say that the sliders for photos are just so well-designed. I love how customizable the theme is. It was really a wonderful purchase, and for a newcomer to web design like me, it has been a really exciting learning curve and I've felt extremely supported by Gavias.

I purchased the Kunco Theme template for our nonprofit organization, Longmont Friends of Feral & Abandoned Cats, a few months ago and have very limited experience with coding and WordPress platforms. I quickly realized I was in over my head and was worried I had made a mistake.

The organization loved this template so I decided to keep it and see what I could do. Fortunately, the template is well designed so I could figure out most everything but there were a few tasks that were beyond my expertise and I had to contact the designer, Gavis for help.

Gavis helped me with every problem I had and for problems I couldn't resolve, he quickly went in the dashboard and resolved it immediately. He always responded to my emails quickly (within 24 hours), always professionally, and provided screenshots to help me learn the template better.

I cannot say how happy I am with buying this template and highly recommend any WordPress template designed by Gavias!
