Hello, I want to report an issue with the side cart of the La-feminite theme: When you add products in cart you can see that products in the side cart, but if you refresh the page or navigate to another, if you click the cart icon button in the header, the side-cart is empty. If you add another product, the side-cart updates correctly, but if you refresh again, the same issue appears. Please help me with this thread. Best regards

I have purchased this theme few days back but “read more” icons have not been working. Even raised a support ticket (https://support.vamtam.com/support/tickets/77924) but to no avail. Can you please fix the issue soon? My site is not usable because of this issue.

Hi, I have a problem with the loading speed of the site using your theme. Google pagespeed gives me 33 points. I have improved the situation by installing delayed image loading and reducing the size of images, before that it gave about 28-30 points.
I tried fixing the “Remove resources blocking display” scores with minimize plugins, but they don’t help, the files in this section become less, but they are all packed into one and the loading speed is still the same.

On mobile you have to remove all animations, scripts that load from third party site, and you have to reduce the images, videos and content. As you can see I am not sure if this is possible for a blog site or at least worth the effort. I downloaded this blog for a lifestyle/design blog I was working on. I loved/ wanted to love it so much. Its a beautiful layout but unfortunately this theme has WAY too many glitches. Pages glitching, the home page main image i was not able to change, things were out of order, basically months of work went to waste because in the end there were too many issues to fix. I am very unhappy with this purchase.
I am sorry for your experience. Please provide your ticket number to check what the issues were. It is hard to comment otherwise. This looks to me like running an old theme version or other configuration issues. My colleagues from the support team should’ve been able to locate the problem.

Thank you for your kind words! Revolution Slider is not bundled, However you can always utilize third party plugin if you need to. Most of the third party plugins work out of the box. Hi, This theme is beautiful and I love how it inserts Ecommerce into content. However, I fint it impossible to keep my old content while setting it up? Is it not an option to import the demo files while keeping old articles? This + the non free elementor pluggins are 2 surprises I didn’t expect before buying it. Thanks in advance.

Importing the demo content on top of your old site that is not built with Elementor and Elementor Pro is possible but it will look a mess and it will cause many issues. This is valid for any theme. You can migrate from one Builder to another with a simple click. Even migrating from the old WordPress editor TinyMCE to Gutenberg is not viable. 2. This theme requires Elementor Pro. We think it s by far the best Elementor extension. Unfortunately unlike many Premium plugins this plugin does not have appropriate licence that allows for distributions. However, you have many GPL free Elementor Pro alternatives. We have tested the most popular one – https://proelements.org/. The theme is fully compatible with it.

We see that (in the Demo version) there are some problems with showing pictures in Safari. Is this a known issue?

1. Yes this is possible but you have to build it from scratch as it is not coming with the demo content. 2. Yes, 3. No, this is a pure Elementor theme. Sorry As far as I can see we have issued only 4 refunds so far which is only 1 % of the purchases 
We are proud to be one of the few companies offering a refund even though this is a digital product and you can’t really return it. 90% of the refunds not only in this theme but in the entire portfolio are due to one of the following reasons 1. New to WordPress / Elementor and not having enough time to learn them. 2. Hosting or other configuration issues, we are not able to help with 3. AN agency client’ changes his mind and either drops the project or goes for another theme.

I bought this theme because it looked amazing on the demo. The reviews seemed as though it was rather simple to get up and running. I consider myself rather savvy with themes, but for $79 I’m not seeing the value here. I tried to create an account to open a ticket and the system kept saying my login was invalid. I am a little frustrated and hoping someone can help me figure out why this theme is a complete mess – no hamburger icon, the first row is overlapping the header – basically mess after mess.
