The theme and plugin provided are not user friendly.
Earlier though I have got all the solutions, I wanted from this theme. But it is not worth.
I have invested alot of time, and not getting solution.
Many problem, pop up issues, can't order after selection of store.

your template is good due to its nature but very complex.
we are in the process of configuring this for months and always arise new questions that only the support can answer.
sometimes it took us a week to get an answer. can't you do it faster? that can help us enourmusly
I am trying to translate a modal pop up of the theme for 2 months now... is the second time i buy extended support, the theme is cool but not that easy to understand and the support is not that active!

In the beginning, the theme worked just fine, but with the last update, there is some conflict between the theme and woocommerce. When the core plugin is turned on, the shop is not visible, also the pages. When you write to support, they give an explanation that The theme.was tested with the latest version of WooCommerce and it works absolutely fine, and if it still doesn't work, I need to write on their forum, where it's not possible to log in. Due to this problem, I had to move to another theme. Huge disappointment.

As we already explained in the comments, the theme was tested with the latest WooCommerce and it works absolutely fine.
You are the only user out of 2500 to claim such problems, which means there must be something wrong in your configuration. We have already offered help in the support forums.
Based on that we are going to report your review as false and unjustified.
my coworker rated this 1 star earlier but when i took over this project i found that customer service is good and he must be wrong. Good keep it up...
I'm giving this a 2 because the demo you get after installing the theme is not the demo shown on the live preview.
Also, customer support takes days to respond to inquiries.
I kind of feel duped at this point... not a happy customer.

The demo import replicates an exact copy of the demo websites, so this is just not true.
Also, it looks like you have registered an account in our system exactly 9 hours, 41 minutes ago, so it is simply not possible that you have waited for days for support.

Good, useful item. Hope, they will not stop updating theme acording to wordpress updates. Otherwise, it will be useless.
