Extremely disappointed with the support.
I explained my problem again and again First it took a week to just got response on my thread, later just gave impractical excuse and marked it as resolved.
Its been 2 months and I am stuck with my problem cant push the site LIVE.
I wasnt expecting this from the team who supposedly developed such a wonderful theme.

Still waiting years for elementor integration
The customer support is dead. Nobody is responding to the tickets, messages, emails.
Very advanced features. Easy to install and custoimize. I didn't experienced any bugs or problems.
Design and functions seem attractive but Very SLow to make and google page speed scores after 1 month of work, adding products and setup is 5 for mobile after adding caching on server and website.

It’s now over two years since I lost my client that could not look at the big announced demo for Gyros & Döner to play with it and see it working for him. The demo is still not available but marked as “Coming soon”.
This tells everyone; Do not buy a theme that might have a feature in the future. If it lacks a feature, move on to another one.
The customer support is non-existent, and they must not have any working emails either. The quality of the theme is also on par with the support. I am furious, and so is my client.
Extremely hard to contact their support. Their website is not working. No email can be found.

your template is good due to its nature but very complex.
we are in the process of configuring this for months and always arise new questions that only the support can answer.
sometimes it took us a week to get an answer. can't you do it faster? that can help us enourmusly
I am trying to translate a modal pop up of the theme for 2 months now... is the second time i buy extended support, the theme is cool but not that easy to understand and the support is not that active!

In the beginning, the theme worked just fine, but with the last update, there is some conflict between the theme and woocommerce. When the core plugin is turned on, the shop is not visible, also the pages. When you write to support, they give an explanation that The theme.was tested with the latest version of WooCommerce and it works absolutely fine, and if it still doesn't work, I need to write on their forum, where it's not possible to log in. Due to this problem, I had to move to another theme. Huge disappointment.

As we already explained in the comments, the theme was tested with the latest WooCommerce and it works absolutely fine.
You are the only user out of 2500 to claim such problems, which means there must be something wrong in your configuration. We have already offered help in the support forums.
Based on that we are going to report your review as false and unjustified.
my coworker rated this 1 star earlier but when i took over this project i found that customer service is good and he must be wrong. Good keep it up...
