Hello there, The menu sections are in the mega menu tabs as shown in the screenshot here https://prnt.sc/W5tSGGvg2cEA The only way you can add a new section is to find it in the section library and drag it to the section you want to display it in. To display a category, select a woo commerce shortcode section and then assign the category which you want to reflect in the menu. Regards

Hello there, Seems like you had a hickup on your sever. Please make sure that the server meets the requirements as mentioned in the documentation, and then install the theme again. I would suggest you install it on a new WordPress setup, not to fall into duplicated content on your website. Regards
But why is the imported demo content properly visible then?

I truly cannot tell what is the issue you are facing given that it could be from the hosting environment or a plugin could be overriding the functionality. I can assure you are guarantee that the demo is importing , I just double checked it to see if the issue is from our end. I have never mentioned MAP in my initial query, in my email I have written “Backgrund Patter” “Background Color” “Alignment”. And I am not able to find any MAP in your own demo website in the same template which I have imported.

Hello there, Previously we noticed that you had several things not in place - the template shortcode for the footer was not available we had to reinstall it for you - You didnt have any Wp bakery plugins, we installed it and activated it - We selected the Footer to show the template from Theme options - We deactivated all the useless plugins which might overlap the theme - we deactivated the child theme I hope this was helpful
