Hey, i’ve bought your template for adobe muse, my purchase code is (e98ca743-c443-4744-af4a-f4be5d6c897a – 25 Dec 2018). So now i have a question, when i using this template header menu not moving. Remains motionless, the size of the logo does not change, the blue bar does not disappear and the header (white) menu does not move. Could you please help me, because the moving menu was the reason for buying this template. P.S.I did not make any changes to your template, just opened it in adobe muse P.P.S. Name of template is “Laundryes – Laundry Business Muse Template”
I also downloaded the files from the “Html” folder to my hosting, but the header menu still does not work. auto.sibc.one

Thank you for purchasing this template, Regarding your question, for the header, to make the header menu move when you scroll the mouse. First, you need to select the header menu then go to the top up tool, look for “Pin” then empty the pin position. Thanks for the answer, but I do not need the standard menu and effects of adobe muse, I just need your panel as in the preview. With disappearing elements and changing logo size. Could you please let me download it, or help set up this panel.

if you publish site with uses third party hosting (e.g Godaddy, hostgator, and etc), You’ll need to have an email address on the same domain that you’d like your Adobe Muse contact form to utilize when sending out email from your domain.(e.g yoursite.com) then create email domain (mail.yoursite.com). you can create email domain on your cPanel hosting, for more detail you can check my video in here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uH1cmffA6Cw&
Alternatively, if you’d like messages to this email address to be forwarded to a different email destination instead, you may set it up as an Email Forwarder in your hosting account’s cPanel.

For hosting you can use any hosting providers like godaddy, hostgator, blue host, or etc. If you using this theme in Adobe Muse, you can export the file as Html, and then the Html you can upload to hosting server.

Yes, sure i will help you to upload this theme into your hosting, but before it, you need to know, this theme is not for WordPress. you need the software adobe muse cc to use, and editing this theme. then from that software, you can export the file as Html, where from the html file, we can upload it into your hosting as demo or your site.

Regarding the question.
For your issue with objects not stay on the secondary pages, actually for “Header” you just need to editing in A-master page and all pages will following with same style with design in A-master page. and for pin you can use “Pinned” it top tool to make objects stay. if some objects not stay maybe there are not getting “pin” or use scroll effect and you need to change it with “Pinned”.

Yours is not responsive and i can’t use it because my website has around 70 html pages and it’s hard to modify desktop, tablet and mobile template every time. Hope you understand, Thank you.

The template is not displayed correctly on Windows, Mac only.
In any browser on Windows does not work well. It’s not like in the MAC. Take the test. The site does not stretch, it works as if to tablet.

In Google Chrome in windows 10 not work fine.
In Windows 8.1, does not work in google chrome. In firefox not work fine too.
Try to check with another site/demo from another author?. because on my windows work fine. My suggestion try to restart your PC, and for the template it will work fine, you just need to open with Adobe Muse CC, Desktop, Tablet, & Phone layout ready to use.
