1) There is a bug with page title of News page. In place of the page title, the title of the latest news post is displayed instead of “News”.
2) An issue with Page Title & BC baground changing. Here is only default background image displays on backend.
3) There is no documentation for this theme.

We are having a lot of issues with this theme, they push you over to their support, then don’t help, presumably to keep the support issues off the comments. Let me know if you want to help us with support your of broken theme. Our client’s are angry with the delays….

We’re having some issues with this theme.
1) We received a Fatal Error in the Theme Options and now can’t change anything. I found this topic on your support site, but no matter what is put in the box, we should receive a fatal error that locks us out of Theme Options.
2) Most pages have a nice looking header where the logo, navigation and social media has padding (and/or margin) so it’s nicely formatted. However, the Blog page and all posts have the header contents sitting on the edge of the browser window – there’s no padding or margin. I’m not sure why the header would display differently when we haven’t set them to do so.
3) Some images are showing up on live version.
4) Post headings are not showing up (they are white – which is not how they are set in admin).
5) Content that was entered and saved/published is now missing.
Overall, we’re just finding a lot of buggy issues. Not sure if the fatal error caused some of these but we’re unable to change things.

When I go to change the demo copy in the tabs section on the team bio pages I get an error that reads ” You are using outdated element, it is deprecated since version 4.6. We purchased and loaded this template in July, 2016.
Do you have an update for tabs that should have been included in our template purchase?

Hi there, for some reason we cannot get Theme Customisation to work within the WP Admin/Dashboard area. It sometimes loads the customisation page, but clicking on any of the options causes the page to hang and crash. We cannot update our logo, head, footer, font type/size/colour, etc,. Please help!!! Our client is really pissed.

Hi, please respond to my numerous comments on the forum. I’m afraid I find this situation completely unacceptable. In repairing the original customisation fault, YOU’VE COMPLETELY DESTROYED THE ENTIRE WEBSITE. I’ve lost all of the previous customisations and stylesheets and the site LOOKS NOTHING LIKE it was before. We’ve spent hours building this site, and weeks fine tuning the design. I’ve been very patient because of the time difference, but my client’s site has been down for almost two week while I’ve been paying developers to try and fix this mess without your support. We did exactly as you advised and updated all of the Theme and Plugin versions. This meant WE LOST ALL of OUR CUSTOMISATIONS – literally hundreds of lines of code and weeks worth of work. What’s more, THE CUSTOMISATION FUNCTION STILL DOES NOT WORK. So it’s IMPOSSIBLE to put our customisations back. There seems to be some underlying issue with this LAW PRACTICE theme as i’ve had two separate & independent development themes confirm this.
Is anyone available to provide meaningful support for this theme that I have purchased in good faith? I been waiting for two weeks and the site is still not working.

Loading the content from the theme does not make the site look as the demo does. Issue with plugin coded into the theme showing errors when using the built-in wordpress “customize” option.
