Hi, I bought this template in 2018. I wanted to update the plugins that came with the template, but I don’t see them anywhere in the directory after downloading the last update. Where can I download the latest update of the plugins that the template works with like WPBakery Visual Composer. Thank you for your reply.

I’ve just installed this theme on an existing site that was made with Elementor and Crocoblock JetEngine items. Are the WizeLaw theme and WP Bakery framework compatible with these two other frameworks or do I need to disable them?
These are not plug-ins, they are frameworks. Someone over there must know the answer. Honestly, I was going to move all of my client’s sites to your themes because they seem well put together, but if you refuse to answer simple questions, that’s probably not a good idea. Sorry you don’t want my money.
We are sorry but it’s not a simple question. We can’t spend hours to test those plugins with our theme. Our theme is fully compatible with the plugins that are pre-packaged.
Again, these are NOT plugins, they are frameworks. I have just purchased a license of WP Bakery so that I can get real support. If you put half the amount of energy into finding the answer that you have into being a road block, we’d be done by now.
They are all installed as plugins, that’s why we can call them “plugins”, as for Elementor. But we have no idea what Crocoblock JetEngine items are. You can install and activate Elementor, but you won’t get the same layout and content on the pages etc. This theme was developed and compatible with WPBakery.

Hello my friend, i use ONE licence for ONE site. So several licenses for several sites. Could you tell me why this happens? Or who should I contact? Envato? This theme is great. It can be used normally all the time. However, the theme must be activated in recent display. Enter the activation code to show that it has been activated. I hope the author can solve it. thank you

I think this could be good to know for other users: Is it possible, that autoupdate via wordpress backend dont work, if the envato market plugin isn’t installed? Until now I had never problems, now on 2 sites the theme stuck on version 1.5.3

I didn’t know, that themeforest users need an active support for “fure updates”. When bought your theme (two times by myself and two times my friends bought) , the product page said and still says: ” Included:Future updates Included:6 months support from GT3themes”
So will users loose the ability to update their theme if support is expired?
The auto-update won’t be available, you will need to update it manually. The stable version is always available on Themeforest.
Does this theme have an option to add a click to call button? If so, is it only available at top or near header or can it be added anywhere or as a sticky?

it’s fine really. there is no need for a back and forth. I encountered an issue after updating and brought it to your attention. I did not see the need to renew support for an issue that is not my own doing. installing Enable jQuery Migrate Helper seemed to solve the issue.

I’ve downloaded your theme to a website and my client did not renew their hosting subscription, so the theme and site was deleted. Now that we’ve renew the subscription, I’ve tried to reload your theme and I’m being told that it’s already activated. Is there a way you can refresh my purchase or approve my theme download to www.liaslaw.com which is where the original theme was downloaded. Can you please get back to me as soon as possible, for my client is eager to get set back up.
