I’ve license but I need the template running in wordpress 5.6 and it seems have a problem with jQuery. What the problem? Have I to buy for the template for running in this wordpress version 5.6? Thanks

i have updated to the latest version of WP and Goodlawyer theme as well today and now i cannot click the small gear-button on the content boxes anymore to edit the content. It is just not responding. I can save pages but cannot access the content in the builder boxes. Any experiences with this issue or any ideas how to solve it and why it occurs?

I need quick help please, as the website is not usable right now due to the lack of editing abilities.

I tried opening a ticket on your ticksy but it doesn´t accept due to expired support – however the website/your theme should be working correctly and i did not change anything except updating WP and the theme. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This is most likely happening because of the browser cache. Make sure you have cleared the cache after updating the theme.

The page builder has stopped working correctly and the editor is no longer allowing me to edit the pages. I have tried disabling all plugins, the theme is updated to the latest version, I cleared website’s cache and even ended up uninstalling the caching plugin and also cleared browser cache, but still no joy. My support has expired, but if I renew it will you be able to help me solve this problem as soon as possible?

After you updated the theme and still have issues, please make sure to follow this.

1. Make sure that you clear browser cache or test with another browser and see if the problem fixed or not.

2. Try to deactivate other plugins (except GoodLayers plugins). See if it’s fixed or not.

3. Go to theme options and click on ‘Save Changes’ button.

4. If still doesn’t solve, please provide wp access + site url through the form in our profile page so we can check.

Hello, i have problems to hide the practice-thumbnail which is displayed on the single practice subpages.

.gdlr-practice-thumbnail { display: none !important; }

does not work somehow. Would you be so kind and give me a hint, how to disable the thumbnail, only on the single practice page? I cannot find any option in the backend to disable the display of it unfortunately.

You can use this custom css to remove the thumbnail on the single practice page:

.single-practice .gdlr-practice-thumbnail { display: none !important; }

The changes may not be visible yet if you are using a caching plugin. Could you try clearing the cache in the plugin, then hard-refresh(ctrl+f5) your browser and see if it helps?

If that’s not working, please post the page URL so we can take a look.

I have an issue with the builder in the backend. When I click on the gearl to open the content, nothing happens and the site freezes, In the past, it all used to work great. Looking for your help. Thanks Matt

Now we are planing to build our law-firm website, however we should have these things. 1. Notice Board (Admin can upload any news or announcement) 2. small animation banners (We would like to put some small banners at the bottom of main webpage, and client can click each links.)

1. You can use the Blog feature to show any news or announcements.

2. Do you mean a carousel or slider of small images or logos? Yes, this can be done using the banner element in our theme.
