Errors on theme, Unnecessary unchanged files included with changes files makes installing a lot harder, the requested PlazaThemes ticket support system does not work – no ticket number provide on screen (just #xxxxxxx shown) which without ticket number prevents checking ticket. No email with ticket number sent. Frustrating start now stalled by poor coding, on the theme, the files included and the support system. Also unable to get any of the demos on your servers to work with Microsoft Edge (they do display on Chome, Firefox and IE) online browser emulators suggest other browser problems too.

unhelpful support, hard to use backend to modify the theme. have given up on it. can't even get a refund, absolutely unhelpful and wasted money. i hope you give that money to charity!
