When I download the theme from my account it gives me version 1.2.0 but in your latest change log its Version 1.2.1 .

The issue is, lesson page and quiz page is not loading. I have tested the plugin and theme conflict.

Hi there, the course and lesson pages will not load and give us a 503 error in the end. We found out that removing <?php the_content(); ?> from these template files solves the issue immediately. How can we fix this? Using WordPress 5.6 and PHP 7.3

I want to create a course with 2 modules
module 1 to be avalaible from 1st week since you bought the course module 2 to be avalaible only 2nd week
So 1st week you can’t access module 2.

The update that recently came out isn’t working for me. I submitted a request to support and was told 24-48 hours for a reply. It’s now been five days. Ugh. I have paying customers who now can’t access my content.

Were you able to solve the problems? If so, do you have an idea when the next update will come about? The Visual Composer is out of date and it needs to work with the latest version of PHP.

So I downloaded the latest and it says its 1.1.5. The theme’s page says 1.2. Our client has the 1.1.5 installed. So we installed the Envato Market plugin and it doesn’t show any updates. Yet, my site shows that the files are not compatible with WooCommerce (out of date) and Visual Composer is not updated.

That is not my problem. You should not be taking people’s hard earned money and not provide support. In the meantime, you can provide me with a refund and I can signup when you are ready to provide the service you promised to your customers.

Hi, I extended my support but your ticket system still tells me that my package needs to be renewed and it has currently expired. I contacted customer support and they indeed verified that I have renewed my subscription and asked me to contact you here. I have also sent you a message. I have been trying to resolve some theme issues where I am not able to update my site and make some re-arrangements through the front end editor but nothing seems to work. Your help would be appreciated.

I appreciate the help so far but please continue to help root cause this issue. Still experiencing issues with displaying the right categories. I see that you have updated the theme to include WPBakery Page builder but I do not see this as fixing the issue. I have already updated Learndash. My categories have all been set correctly within Learndash but the page still displays all categories within the courses carousel even though I am setting different categories in the editor. After saving, it defaults back to the same categories even after saving and updating.
Anyone here having issues with their WPBakery Pager Builder for this theme? Trying to get my course carousels to only display particular categories but all courses and categories are being displayed. Anyone else having this same issue?
Hi. Why are my continuous inquiries not being addressed? After paying and extending my support for 6 months, you have an obligation to respond and try to fix my issue with your theme. Regarding WPBakery update, it seems you are selling your theme with an “inactive” plugin that requires payment for a full version to get access to all features. How can this be the case? In addition to this, I am unable to create any tickets using your automated ticket system despite paying you last week for support. Your current responses have not provide any solutions…only more questions that you are not willing to answer. If you do not want to help, please provide me with a refund. Thanks

I know how to create a ticket. Did you not read my response above? “In addition to this, I am unable to create any tickets using your automated ticket system despite paying you last week for support.” Your system will does not allow me to create a ticket. It will not recognize or accept my license key even thought I paid for the support. Please get it fixed. You have other customers that have written the same thing. Why is this difficult to understand?
