The my account page is now completely blank in my theme and some issues without shipping fields and you now set the ship to a different address by default. How could you take a good working theme and break everything. Just who’s idea was it to update the back-end framework and not just keep up with the changes needed only.

FYI: even if you disable ( Enable customer registration on the “My account” page. ) nothing changes,

Again way way way to much refactoring. Now many have sites that do not work at all or at best have many features that do not work correctly, do you guys even test things before posting them live.

I used to be a happy customer and now I’m an angry one, actively shopping for a new theme and not from a different provider as I detest your businesses practices with updates, FREE updates have costs me $1000’s now of lost sales. Your updates broke a perfectly working site that now is dead and all sales stopped until these issues have been resolved.

I tried to revert the changes, but seemly the restore is not working correctly. I could go back many weeks ago, but them I would love many weeks of sales and other data changes,

Please advise ASAP with some kind of solid fix, stop breaking a working theme. You will lose market share as fast as you started.

I and many customers like me will not stand by and watch a company’s updates break a working site without complaining and posting about our experience all over the internet. Sorry I have to be this way, but something changed at 8Theme and it’s not for the better, you have done this now with a few themes that I purchased.

I get new way for new themes, but for old working ones, never ever break working features and or changes things so much working sites break. I only have one using this theme, but take into account all the other users you now affect.

Please have a QA person test everything before deploying changes,

Take our apologies for the inconveniences you faced while using our template.  It was a major woocommerce update so we were forced to make appropriate changes in our theme.

These instructions resolved the My Account issue perfectly, I see by removing some outdated files, we are now using the defaults provided by WC in there new updates, thank you.

However I’m still having an issue with the Form Fields during checkout, they do not seem to be using any type of standard layout. I can’t control the positioning of the data and thus I have to use a third party plugin to try and get control.

Even with this being stated that third party plugin fails to provide full control over those form fiels, since there are some inherited html / css issues with floats divs and such on your version of the the checkout screen.

Which I’m trying to look closer as to why this is now happening and was not the case in the previous versions of your theme.

Hi, we are trying to use the Parallax demo that you have now loaded, but when we try load the demo from the theme setup it says that the file is an invalid WRX file and then just loads the default demo. Our client really wants the Parallax (http://8theme.com/demo/legenda/home-parallax/?et_styles=0-7-0-0-11-0-0-0-0) view. Please can you advise how we load the demo content?

If you want to replace our search by another one you need to edit template files. Copy in child theme and edit /legenda/woosearchform.php file. If you don’t have necessary skills you may contact WP-Kraken customization team.

URGENT: email addresses not recognised in checkout process!

If a customer uses an email address with a ‘dot’ in the first part, then the checkout form does not recognise it, and continually gives an error, demanding for an email address to be entered. Example: name.surname@test.com

This is a huge issue, and I have lost orders due to this. THIS NEEDS FIXING URGENTLY!!! My 6 months support just expired so I’m not even able to post on the support forum unless I pay another $41.13 – this is totally unacceptable and you need to review your support guidelines.

Hello, I have a strange behaviour in translating some items like the cart widget in header: I translated the strings ‘cart’ and ‘items for’. Then when I open the website I can see them show correctly, but after a few seconds they are overwritten by the default values in english. I placed the translation files in ”/wp-content/languages/themes” folder. And I am using a child theme and recently updated some of the woocommerce template files to their latest version.

Hi, the theme is working well, but I have a problems with the resourses. After I finished my web shop I realise that the page is very slow. The first page is too large, but if I remove Images the scripts and css files are above 2 megabytes and lots of http requests. The shop pages are similer. I tried to put some of the scripts at the bottom and did some optimisations but still I face a very big problem with that. Can you tell me how to disable google fonts from the theme. May be if I remove them it will be better, or give me another idea. The website is http://radekscollection.com
