Hi, may I know why after I created all the sub pages, in mobile-version I could not click any link to go to next page but desktop version worked fine?
Other theme works fine with unyson builder using mobile version but this could not. Could you please provide solution asap?
Even all buttons I could not click in all the sub pages in mobile version, only worked in home page
All buttons can only work in desktop version and home page mobile version, but other sub pages could not work in mobile version including link.

You can run the theme locally, you’ll need to setup a database and install WordPress, then you can install the theme and import the demo.

The best way is to use the child theme, and copy any templates into the child theme and make your changes there, this way when you need to run an update on the theme it won’t overwrite your changes.

Hello, I just purchased your theme and its very cool. But the theme is not very responsive, for a Theme that is promoting mobile its strange that its not very responsive. The phone on the slider does not show on Mobiles. Can this be fixed? Thank you

For the Wordpress version ;
a) has this been fixed ? “Pixel Perfect” item is not correctly aligned with the other 5 items.
b) is it possible to have scrolling images or a video playing inside the phone that appears in the top header section.
c) can I change the colour of the phone border – example red instead of blue etc

Hello, I’m trying to put a video as background. I created the section, I edited it and in the Background Video option I put the url of the video. But the text I put inside the section, it does not appear. I wanted the video as background and a text above … can not do that? For the rest that is inside the section, add everything when I put the video background.

This plug only adds RTL support for TinyMCE editor, it’s not changing the whole site direction.

I cleared all cache, and tried again.
1. Log in to Kevermedia.ticksy.com 2. Click submit a ticket 3. Select product – Lexi app wordpress 4. Then a verify Envato purchase button appears. 5. Log into Envato
Then I get: https://klevermedia.ticksy.com/?ref=envato?error=invalid_request&error_description=Wrong%20RedirectUri%20providedEven though I stay logged into Envato Themeforest the same ‘Verify Envato Purchase’ button keeps appearing which then gives the same URL and takes me back to the home screen on Kevermedia.ticksy.com
Same experience in Chrome and Firefox.

Hi, tried it again,
When I click submit after logging in to ticksy with email and p/w I get:
No Products Purchased It doesn’t look like you have purchased any of our products. You might try signing out and using a different Envato Market account to verify your purchases.
Even hapens when I can log out and go in again of Ticksy using email and p/w.
If I try the Log In with Envato, I input my envato credentials, and it takes me to the approve/deny window. On clicking Approve, I get the “No Products Purchased” message above again.
Exact same experience is replicated in Firefox, Chrome and Safari.

Hello, how can I add a video while at the same time retain the slider images and texts? When I tried it before it simply just put a video in place of the entire slider. I would love a video background with the slider still being shown.

You can have both at the same time but it does require a little extra work, first you’ll need to upload a transparent background (1×1px will be fine) then you need to add the following css.
.carousel-inner { z-index: 100; }

Hi, great theme but I can not upload Theme.php. it takes too long to upload and then server fails and asks me “Are you really want to do this?” I am not sure what is wrong with this. I have also tried define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘96M’); still not luck.
