am not after support but as i downloaded the theme today and uploading it to hosting it is showing “The file you uploaded, libero.zip, contains a virus so the upload was canceled: {HEX}Malware.Expert.php.wilcard.pattern.UNOFFICIAL FOUND”

Thanks for taking an interest! We have checked with our dev team and this is indeed a false positive and it is may be perceived as that by Windows Defender. This is related to the way the theme is zipped and sometimes Windows Defender detects it as a false positive, and we will check this to make sure it doesn’t happen anymore.

Hi, I updated my theme and all the shortcodes etc are no longer working and my entire site is messed up.

Please navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins and check if you’ve updated Mikado Core and other plugins included with the theme. Also please make sure that your purchase code is registered in theme’s dashboard.

Can i use this theme on sqaurespace on Skip Tracers topic. It is also related to court and lawyers.

I can’t update to PHP 8.x, there is an error with mikado core – I have Libero 2.4 running.

How I can update mikado core – atm 1.3?

Found section to update sub-plugins :) now on 1.5, will give the next try :)

I think it’s time to update the theme… YouTube videos are no longer playing on the site. When you click on the player, you go to YouTube instead of a pop-up window on the site

can you please update your theme. wp baker is out of date and has stopped working. I see it has not been updated since july. site is not editable till wp baker is updated.

Currently the website cannot be updated/edited. wp-baker wont even load in the back end due to outdated plugin. exactly like it did in the ticket I submitted here. for some reason when wp baker needs a update it doesn’t work on this theme. Same exact issues on the ticket number I submitted. I am unable to submit new ticket because support just expired. but its the same issues as when I had support.

I cannot wait for when you create a update to update site.

Another issue I am having is needing to replace all the url links of the site I am working on back to your demo theme. Every link clicked links back to your demo theme. Can you guys change that? I don’t see the need why every link isn’t linking internally but externally back to your demo. It will be pointless for that to work that way. I was hoping all url links will be pointing to my domain name and internal content and not to your demo theme. How can I fix this not to waste too much time looking for all the links back to your theme? I have tried 3 different types of plugins none could help. If I have to do this manually, it will mean sitting the whole day looking for external links to replace.

We purchased this theme years ago and our support expired. It is asking us to add a license for the plugin WPBakery Visual Composer which was included in the theme we purchased.

How can we update this plugin without purchasing a license? as this was included in the initial offering.

The theme is up to date but the plugin is still not. Reading online we found this:

How to update and receive support if I do not purchase a direct license?

In such case, you need to wait for your WordPress theme author to update WPBakery Page Builder on their side and push it to you. Also, support related questions should be addressed to your WordPress theme provider.

So i guess its up to you to fix this?

Hi, we purchased the theme a couple of years ago, and our support is expired. Recently, our page crashes when we try to edit it. We updated to the latest version of the theme and we no longer have the crashes, but there is also “mkd” codes everywhere that appears on the website. How can we fix this and update the theme without the code in the frontend?

Hi I went to update the site. and WP-baker is not working. It says I need to update. so I downloaded newest theme. the plugin was not in the folder. so I went into documentation and wp-baker purchase so I could put the purchase code in but its blank. so I deactivated and removed it to see if the instal will show in the header like other themes. but it doesn’t show up. so I installed and replace theme and it still doesn’t show up. so I went to log into your support site. says It has not been verified. So I tried to make another account says I am already registered, I tried to do lost password and it says there is no account. so I search ed email under your site name and I found all the receipts zip files no verify email. no way to verify again. I am kinda on a stand still unless you can send me a link to download a new version of wp-baker

Hi I clicked on your link. It I am not getting a different result. you can see I have been buying your themes for years and years. So I registered a long time ago. so I am not sure why it keeps saying that it is waiting for me to verify my email.
