Cole, a this theme's support, replies back quickly, within 24 hours at most.
He's efficient and gets my answers back in one reply. Usually, support goes back and forth several times until they help you out with other themes. Not here.
He sends detailed answers with screenshots and even caught an error I had in my customized css and helped with the code. Thanks!
