You can use Loco plugin to translate into French. We don’t speak French, so, we only provide support in English. However, we have Google Translate, so, most cases can be resolved easily.

I have bought this template with the account Elethlyr. I have checked and I don’t understand what happened. On my Elethlyr account there is indeed two paiments and two refunds. I had a problem with my credit card and I payed via paypal on the 13th of november. And on my paypal account and my bank account I have only one paiment by paypal. Moreover, after my paiment I have installed the template and I actually use it ! It seems that the Elethlyr account.had a problem…

Thank you!Hello… is anyone having the same issues: infinite scroll will not turn off and the instagram plugin featured on the homepage seems to be broken. I have tried selecting all of the possible layouts, but the same error shows:
1. The images are not showing up
2. There is a missing image (If I select to show 6 instagram posts, only 5 show up and an empty box for the 6th one)
3. Changing the selection layout does not change the layout look

Hey, I bought the Theme 3 years ago and I was super happy 
Now I updated to the newest version to be align with Wordpress 5 and something happened to the mobile navigation. The burger menu is on desktop (small browser size) in Safari, Chrome and Firefox clickable and on IOS as well, but on Android for example Samsung S8 the navigation doesn’t appear when I click the mobile menu icon. Can you help out please!

My theme came with two Zip’s there was one called Lily 3.4.7 and another called Lily Child. What is the child for? I saw it just had functions and a style.css in it. Am I supposed to overwrite the main theme files with that?

Hi, Sorry, maybe have the missing on the theme details. Lily is a responsive theme. If you want to change the post image size, you need to change the code and we can help you to do that.
After updating the theme appeared something strange, above the logo. Something like a “giant character”, I can not explain …. I think it has to do with the menu. Can you help me?
I THINK it has to do with mobile menu … because when you open the source code, it appears.

Hello, I purchased this theme a few years ago and I am trying to confirm that the theme is up-to-date. In wordpress it says I am running version 1.8.1. But I can’t seem to see what version is your current version. Also, if my version is out of date how do I go about upgrading it?

I updated your theme and everything looks totally wrong in the menu area, looks like the mobile menu is shown together with the main menu and totally replaced. Is there still a bug in the new theme?
My support just expired but honestly, I don’t see why I should have to pay for support. My blog worked perfectly with the old version, so it’s nothing I did wrong…
