The theme includes editable HTML files, but it’s crucial to implement version control. Any edits made directly to the theme files will be reset after theme update.

For a more stable solution, consider installing a Child Theme. While this allows your edits to persist through updates, please note that not every aspect can be modified through the Child Theme. Successful HTML editing in a WordPress theme requires specialized knowledge.

At the moment Theme isn’t adopted to support RTL. You can use Polylang or WPML plugin for your needs, to create a multilingual website.

Theme permits it.

Hello, thank you for reaching out. Try to select a filter now (you may need to clear a browser cache) on https://firstsight.design/linden/demo/apartments. We updated the theme and plugins on our demo to the last version, and now it works well on our side.

By default theme has options to sort by property type and location. You can change the location filter to rent/sale. If you want to add one more filter you will need to do it with customisation.

And second question: yes you can duplicate such pages as many times as you need. To make it easy you can use a plugin like Yoast Duplicate Post.

​hello ,We already told you we tried Elementor ​, Whatever we figured it out ,option is in Excerpt ,it’s very weird ,it’s ok you buy the theme from 3rd party and sold here but at least you should know about all theme option and update theme documentation accordingly .We paid you 1 year service ,if we have to figure out the theme options and problem by ourselves then what service charge actually we paid for.

Hi, icons were made exclusively for the Linden theme. You will get all icons shown in the demo after the demo content installation (Check the media tab in the WordPress admin panel).

If you need extra icons you can find a similar style on https://www.flaticon.com and https://thenounproject.com or others. Also, you can hire a designer on Upwork, or Fiverr who can create icons in the same style.
