Hi there, I purchased this theme yesterday now need some assistance and am unable to access the ‘Take me to Item Support’ link to create a ticket for Lisfinity theme.
Whenever I access the item Support, and try to create a new ticket – on Step 2 no product is listed and hence have to exit the wizard without being able to create a Support Ticket.See the image below: https://prnt.sc/xrufx9By the way I want to know if there’s a detail tutorial available to guide the Customer through the entire process of creating a Website from Scratch? without first actually importing a demo site. Very cool! I have another important question before buy this theme. I am really concerned about the search result page that is like boxed tight…Can it be customized in order to easier navigation? I mean set smaller grid cards and a way to scroll up and down freely and of course setting 2 ads per row on mobile? The same happens in other pages very big grid cards, I wish that it can be customizable. Please give me some hope lol

- Who publish ads is charged for a one time fee or a recurring fee.
- The visitor can access the site and the informations for free and register for free.
