The support is really very slow and often inaccurate, please strengthen it or find a solution, If this happens I will change my vote immediately

for Code Quality

If I could give zero for my experience with this theme I would.
I have given this so many hours and at the same time have been extremely patient with the developers.
Have paid for support twice and I only received support after they realised that they were getting a bad rating.
I have sense done more research and this theme is no where as good as https://mylisting.27collective.net/my-city/ which is also sold on Themeforest with flawless ratings.

Total waste of time and money; I have never been more fustrated and more miserable in my life just after 24 hours of purchasing this theme...Funny enough my support is still active for 6 months but they have ignore all my messages, refused to support me and won't refund me my money.....bunch of scams.

Tons of bugs. I'm buying a different theme now because I finally installed it but my support ended so they refused to help me.

They never fully converted it from a job management script so there are tons of places to fix where the word "JOB" is instead of the restaurant or whatever. It's a trainwreck inside and unless you plan on rewriting language files, you'll need to hire someone.

The payments get errors if you set it as a JOB MANAGEMENT SUBSCRIPTION (I PAID FOR THIS FEATURE), it has a million fatal errors but if you set it for a SIMPLE SUBSCRIPTION it works on the front end but doesn't show up as a product if you go through the guest checkout.

You get the picture... save money for a programmer or you'll be dealing with these "elite" programmers fixing your website.

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear that this is what you think, but kindly let me do not agree with that. If you go on ThemeForest, on Listable presentation's page and scroll down, you will see there are mentioned the both free and premium plugins used on our demo. So, depending on your needs, you can use only free plugins or you can choose which one premium you want.

So to summarize, you pay only for the theme. After that, you choose what other 3party plugins or services do you need for your project.

The front of the theme looks nice, I bought it for the looks! However, the customisation at the back is poor. Little options. Also changing the listings is either limited or you have to do it all with code. Contacted a few times customer service, and all I get are standard answers that refer me to (third party) documentation where I said that I read the documentation and I want personal help. And now it looks if integration with Visual Composer is also not possible anymore.

Personally I regret spending the 85 dollars on it.

I'm sorry that Listable theme didn't meet your expectations. However, I'm not sure what do you mean by "changing the listings is either limited". Could you please elaborate?

We already noted on the theme's presentation page, that most of the Listable functionality is provided by 3rd party plugins (free or premium), so their authors can better guide you in your ideas. It might be worth taking a look at each tested plugin to see how it's filling your needs.

Purchased this theme and was not impressed. I won't even use it. Flexibility is horrible. Customizability is null. Keep searching.

The theme uses some native Wordpress functions that sometimes iterates all posts or categories, even to show only 5 or 10, crashing my server. :(

Hi guys, over a year ago I requested some crucial functionality; allowing listing owners to RESPOND to negative (or positive) reviews.

This kind of transparency is ESSENTIAL. It's 2018...

When are you going to facilitate this???

Our users are getting absolutely annoyed that they have no way to respond to public reviews, and turn a negative experience into a potential positive one. We receive email after email, and need to play middleman on the backstage, dealing with both parties until we come to a solution (usually ending up with the review being removed).

When are you guys going to fix this issue?

Hey,

We are aware there is room for improvements and new features in our theme, we're always looking for that. However, It's good to know that listing owners can reply reviews without any problem, only that their replies will not be highlighted as being from the listing owners. Their replies will look like any other review.

I'm sorry to see you consider that Listable theme deserves only one star because of that.
