I've been working with wordpres for many years but I've never seen a very difficult support like this, the theme doesn't come with everything that is proposed, the ticket is not answered nor the email, there are parts that cannot be translated.
I've been opening tickets for more than 10 days and sending an email to support to clear up doubts about a geolocation option that appears in the demo and is not available in the purchased theme.

Nice idea with all that listings but to create a new list entry will not create the location correctly because the address will not get saved. Beside that the current version of this theme can not be downloaded (you can only download 1.15.5 but not 1.15.6). That all looks like bad code quality or some bugs which were not done until now. I'm using this theme since several years but now I get forced to switch to another theme with listing possibilities. That makes me really sad :(
The theme won't work anymore unless I purchase support to get updates. Being in software, I fully understand that these things don't come for free, but the marketing model and language around updates are deceptive. In short, you need to pay for the theme AND keep paying a support license each year (even if you ONLY require the update and absolutely no support).
Be more precise and more intentional in your language to be transparent.
This has caused a trust issue for me with Pixelgrade, and I'm moving away to another theme out of principle, not cost. It's a shame as I really liked the Listable theme, but trust is everything and you've lost mine.
I believe they've stopped working on the platform, no support no updates.! Sad, I'm looking forward to move away from this platform.
If your support expires you have to purchase another license to use this theme. DO NOT BUY THIS THEME!!!
It's a shame that customers whose support has expired are unable to download the latest version on themeforest and are thus forced to get newest version as a nulled version. Unless, as a license holder, you always want to be one version behind. This is really an absolute cheek and I haven't seen it like this with other providers. You need to renew support over and over again. Of course, further development costs money, but that is the principle of Envato. Buy once, get lifetime updates. If you do not agree, do not sell your theme through envato.

i need buy support before i can even use the theme, what a waste of money, dont buy this theme you need to renew support over and over again.
This Theme is amazing for what it does, except that it disables the block editor (Gutenberg) for all content types globally, even the ones not related to Listable which handicaps the rest of my content. I understand that we don't really need the block editor for the listings part of the site, but I have other CPTs besides my listings and I need the block editor for those but unfortunately that is not possible.

Hey! I replied via email with the way you can get the block editor to work on your custom CPT or any other page. I think that fixed it.
user was not friendly, too many simple function need to pay more to use, would not recommend to buy.
Listable the demo was show many function, but if buy the package was didn't can use at all.

Thanks for writing this review. We do state in the theme's presentation page that certain plugins are optional but come with a price. We never hid that information. Thanks for giving us a try!

Hey there. You are right, there isn't a demo file present in the zip but the demo content is available for you to install as soon as you go through the setup steps. We find this system to be easier to use by all WordPress users (newbies or pros). Thanks for your review and for choosing us!

This theme matched my needs the closest, and it looks great. For the parts that needed a bit of tweaking, Alex at Pixelgrade was super helpful, going over and above to give me advice and guidance despite having his hands full. Thanks guys!

Despite missing some crucial features (like for instance displaying all existing pins on the map without having to load all listings on a page - which other themes offer), Listable is a solid directory theme with an active support team. I have been using this theme for over 5 years now, and I have a flourishing business thanks to it. Even though updates may not bring their dose of ground-breaking features, the theme is compatible with the latest versions of WP and most plugins.
I have ranted a lot about the missing features of Listable over the years, and gave a rating of as low as 2 stars. But the team at Listable has continuously provided all the support they could give me while my license was expired. Also, basic updates have kept the theme bug-free and compatible with WP. Therefore today I'm increasing my rating to 4/5 stars. I'll give the missing star when the theme will feature all pins on the map, independently from having to load all listings on the page :)
Once again, Listable is nothing short of being awesome, and if you're looking for a solid theme without the useless fancy stuff that other directories offer, you'll be just as happy as I am with this theme.
