This theme looks nice, and most of the features work fine, but there are two things made me gave 2 stars for this theme:
1- Customer service, is not good. I have requested help and it wasn't solved but it left unanswered. Then I emailed again, and it left unanswered again.
2- There is a map feature missing in the theme. When you add a listing with the city and country location the theme can't understand it, so it is not working.

Support guy told me that I need a new google api key, because he used his own key and sent me a sample working listing so I created a new key. But it is still not working.

Because, it wasn't a key based problem, and he didn't solve the problem. He just made custom fields edit, which means adding everything manually, like attitude, longitude, post code, everything

I'm sorry to hear about the experience you had with our theme and support. This is not the kind of experience we want to provide for our customers and I'm really sorry about that.

However, it's sad, to be honest, to hear that you think I've edited the geolocation fields to get the map working. Not sure how did you come to this conclusion. :(

Because I still have access to your dashboard, I've tried again to add a new listing for the test, using my Google Maps API Key and it work, you can see the test listing here.

So, if you want me to check this further for you, please let me know via email. It would be great if you continue to work on your site since you already put some time and effort into it.

Probably one of the most hyped themes that doesnt deliver.

Firstly, it costs more than any other theme in Themeforest, which is fine if you didnt have to spend a further $300 on other plugins and addons. If you weant them there to look like the demo then prepare for your wallet to have a bashing. totally unnaceptable when charging $85 for the theme.

Then we have "support". I have sent numerous support questions and none of them have been resolved, some I haven't even had a reply from. The last support request I sent was over 4 weeks ago and nothing.
One request was answered with "well you have to buy yet another plugin for that funcionality to work" - WOW.

They never help with any coding requests, but instead push you to another company to pay for thier coding services when these guys are the ones who created the theme,

If you have plenty of spare cash cluttering your house, and like solitude then this is the theme for you, because they will take all your cash and in return offer the worst support I have seen from any of the themes I have purchased for clients and myself.

It's said to hear that we didn't meet your expectations. However, as you mentioned a lot of things about us and our Listable theme, please allow me to shed some light on it. Let's take them one by one.

#1. 3rd party plugins.

On on the presentation's page, we clearly mentioned that Listable demo sites uses both free and premium plugins. Please check this out: https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruWWyAp. #2. Support doesn't help with custom code.

#3. The support team doesn't help and doesn't answer.

I've just checked all the 4 support tickets opened by you and I noticed that we answered to each of them, without any feedback from your side if the solution provided helped or not. Please note that it takes two to tango, so if we don't get any insights about our suggestions, we could think it helped, right?

However, I wrote all this message because all I want is to remember that we're doing our best to deliver the most awesome experience to all our customers. And if you stil want to cooperate, just let us know.

for Bugs

To be honest the theme looks great when finally purchasing all the extra plugins to get it functioning like their demo, but it uses too much resources and constantly crashes our server. I've renew support at least 3-4 times since purchasing and when one issue gets fixed or worked around, another comes up.

I don't believe this theme was created in mind to handle hundreds of listings. For example, If I goto the listings backend I have to change the settings to only show 5 listings per page. If thats changed to lets say view 50 listings per page. it will take forever to just load those listings. So just imagine going though hundreds or thousands of listings trying to bulk (approve listings, expire listings, move to trash...etc.)

Hey,

I'm sorry to hear about the experience you've had with our Listable theme.

It's true that if you're going to use all the premium plugins you might need a stronger hosting service. We do have that for our demo site. However, for a regular use, a regular hosting might be more than enough.

The repeated crashes you mentioned might be also related to the number and complexity of plugin you where using.

I've seen customers using Listable for website with hundreds and even thousands of listings, but with reliable hosting services, and there was no problem.

However, if you still want to put Listable to work, don't hesitate to reach us out. I'm sure together we can make it work.

Please note that on Envato, on the theme's presentation page, we show a full list of free and paid plugins used on our demo. Depending on your needs, you can decide if and what plugins do you really need. For instance, you can see how the theme works with only free plugins installed — https://demos.pixelgrade.com/listable-stock/. This is a stock demo, with only free plugins.

too many major bugs that affect the functionality of the actual theme, support team keep sending workarounds as a fix and take months if not years to come out with a proper solution / fix for said bug.

in all honesty, if you rely on their support, you will need to extend it 10 times or more to be able to get a single bug solved / fixed

I'm sorry to hear about that. This is definitely not the kind of support we want to provide for our customers. There were, indeed, a few bugs, but we strived to fix them all so we recently released at least two major updates. The most recent one was released just a few days ago. The theme itself works very well and has enough documentation to make sure that you can configure it to your liking! I found the installation and use of their plugins quick to learn and use!

The best thing about this theme is the support team that is always available to help with the issues that you may encounter while preparing the theme.
