Hi,
1. All listings’ regions/categories/tags pages are missing H1 titles. Can you add it to the theme so we won’t need to do it manually for hundreds of listings?
2. Same for “breadcrumbs”. Need to add breadcrumbs on the top of those pages.

With respect to your query here, it will depend from where you are migrating it from. WordPress does has its own URL structure and there could be some modifications applied by the theme’s post types which may different from another theme. So it is not a guarantee that the URL structure will remain the same. Perhaps only for the WordPress posts and pages as that is default.

With respect to your query here, well, at the moment we do not have a plugin that offers live chat but we only have one that offers the ability to send messages between two users known as Private Messages. If you are looking for a live chat plugin you can check in the WordPress plugin directory. Am sure most of them are compatible with the themes functionality.

With respect to your query here, it is actually possible for a listing owner to create a new listing without the need of having to create a new account. This option is set within the listing submission settings.

Is there a way to feed the listings through an api? For example, I want my listings come from a third party feed that will give me the listings with my track. If that is possible, do I need to create a special call to the fields to be filled up or the theme has a tweak where that is possible. Thanks and thanks for the last feedback. With respect to your query here, well unfortunately there no current way to have the listings on your site fed via API at the moment. Am afraid, this would be something that will involve custom work to achieve and it is not one that we can provide for now.

Pre sale question: – Does the theme support “city districts”? With respect to your query here, the theme does support regions as a search filter and you can define them based on city or town. As an alternative it does also support location address as well which is more better. Booking is controlled by the WooCommerce booking plugin and the listing owner does receive the message as well. Well the ability to show team members is possible only within the listing description. Pricing menus can be created and not imported. Normally the pricing page is created with several packages which users can use.

I want to set up a portal focused on service companies such as restaurants, hotels, etc. I want them to be able to offer reservations and for the platform to take a percentage of the reservations made by customers.

With respect to your query here, well the functionality you are looking for here is possible but it will require additional third-party plugins to achieve as well. For instance you will need WooCommerce, WooCommerce Bookings and Listings payments plugin. As for maps you have the option to work with mapbox as well but we recommend using Google Maps instead.

With respect to your query here, when it comes to jobs postings I will recommend you go with the Jobify theme instead. However the contractors in this case do not pay the job owner but instead the job owner pays you whenever they want to have a job posting on your site. This payment is facilitated by WooCommerce and Paid Listing plugins

Is there a code snippet for sorting listings randomly UNLESS they are a featured listing, in which case they appear at the top?

I am aware of the ability to sort randomly but this makes the featured listing feature not work as stated in Listify documentation.
Would it be possible to use WPFacet to achieve all of the below?
1. Keep featured listings at top of search results 2. Sort featured listings in order of oldest first 3. Display non-featured listings randomly
If WPFacet can’t do the above, is there a custom developer you can recommend?

We have not tested this functionality with the FacetWP plugin however its main purpose is usually to create search filters. With respect to your query here, the theme does not have the functionality to search for listings using a Zip Code but this can be provided using a filter plugin like the FacetWP plugin. Well already the theme does have the radius functionality based on the location address you choose.

Should you want to charge them you would require an additional plugin known as Listing payments to help you in charging users who post a listing everytime. Please note that the site would really not look exactly like airbnb.

Basically the theme we use here is Listify and it does allow upload of videos and pictures not to act as listings but to be inserted within listings that you have created. The account is created when a user submits a listing in Listify. If they then login in, the tertiary menu isn’t visible. It is visible when viewing the frontend using the admin account though.
