Out of the box the functionality is great. We did a fair amount of customization ourselves for styling purposes for our older audience. Astoundify customer service is excellent. I have sent several questions over the past year for 2 sites and every time they replied with letting me know if its something they can do to help, and if not I can do custom development on my own. They have logged in and troubleshooted template updates for me as well. An amazing group.

I purchased this theme and some associated plugins a few years ago. Recently, I needed support while updating my website from version 3.1.3 to 3.2.0 of the theme, and the support was simply outstanding. Highly recommended.

They have been working on the radius issue for months without any heads up on the correct date for the complete project

I've had an amazing experience with the Listify theme. The support was great, and I finally got my website up and running because of all the great features. I've tried other themes, but Listify is the best by far. I'm super happy with my choice and can't recommend it enough!

Lots of issues with this theme and it just keeps on piling up as time pass by! Most of the plugins are not compatible anymore and not being updated by the theme developers! Support is only available if you renew your license which is crazy unfair since they are not even doing anything to improve or even fix the issues with the theme for a very long time!!

Theme works well, was able to reach out to support to get a few small things resolved.
