Theme was great, maybe 3 or 4 out of 5. We did need to purchase a lot of extras in their plugin shop to make it run how we thought it might but still worked great. UNTIL we were charged for extra bundle which we no longer used. Emailed back and forth with Customer Support and they said they would refund. They said it would take 8-10 days... waited. No movement, so I contacted them numerous times after this and they IGNORED my pleas. Email, via their support and their facebook messenger all of which they had responded from before so I know they got the messages. Finally after a month, I had to file a claim with PayPal to refund me the plug-in bundle. Would have never bought the theme in the first place if I new how SHADY and they would SCAM me out of my money after I already had purchased so much from them. Actually was testing it out to show to clients in the future but after this experience, no.

I do not recommend them at all

for Feature Availability

Very old, dated and buggy theme. Developers failed to deliver on what was a promising start. Overall, very shabby support. The developers lost their vision a long time ago and instead cashed in. Highly overrated theme.

for Code Quality

I am using Listify child thteme since 6 month. The theme was nice at start but we received pirate attack due to a lack of code quality.

Many critical alerts ; I used theme check for that : here the result : http://themecheck.org/fr/score/theme-wordpress-listify(1).html .

I hope sincerly they will upgrade the code and fix the securities issues.

Next time, I will check the code before the purchase....

This is a top notch theme, backed by a great team of support. Best WP theme experience so far for me.

for Code Quality

It is a very complete theme. It works with no bugs... Beautifull design that woks well at any screen. Thecsupport is also fast and effective.

for Customizability

I think this theme looks great. Its a little confusing to implement, there are extra plugins needed as people have mentioned, but I think the biggest shortfall is that they don't have a forum where users can ask questions. They offer a 6 month support, but after that you are left with the documentation, which is not bad, but does not answer all questions. Your other option is the comments section here, which is awful for searching. You can only search one keyword at a time and so instead of being able to find an answer on a forum, you have to ask a question here, that as probably asked before, and can only be answered by one of the authors. Fernando from Astoundify probably answers the same question 10 times a day. You guys are seriously shooting yourselves in the foot here.
Other than that, the theme needs various plugins for its shortfalls, for example, editing a comment, sending messages between users, edit fields, but I have been able to make this theme work the way I envisioned, even though it took me a whole 6 months and am very happy with it.

We only display comments from reviews that were made after 28 April 2016 as all comments prior to this date were intended for the author only.
