do you support or have any android app or have restapi. I want to build restaurant classified app where seller can display all his products list in single ads listing and receive order requests. Pre Sale Questions:
1. Can we use custom fields to the listing forms? I have listings with categories/listing type and each category/type listing form has different fields related to the category/type
2. Restrictions: I have plans with level. These paid subscribers will see other users lists, but certain features will be hidden to the user who have paid for a lower plan. So the restrictions are based on VIEWING USERS not Listing Author plan
3. Plans needs to have expiry and Listings also expiry. This will depend on the plan selected
4. Free plan needs to auto assign to the user as soon as they register
5. Can we have an option upload document feature as well? this needs to show in frontend according to the user plan. if not, can we Custom coding for file upload, is that compatible with your theme? is it set in a user friendly way. Or use a third party plugin with shortcode option?
6. Chat with the author?
7. I want to see how the backend form builder if possible just to get and idea if this is what we are looking for, also so to see how the restrictions are set

I am interested in buying your theme to create a directory listing portal. I would like to know if your theme, there is an overwrite concept (by the time of any dupicate items listing) in listing. i.e. duplicate listing have to overwrite from different CSV files.

Sorry , I was looking for the word “search” in the comments, and the reason was that I need to build a search form that can be “horizontal” and probably with just 3 options (ex: category, brand, location). Is this possible? thanks

In this theme we have a browse form where you can create custom attributes and then search listings by those attributes.
But for now the form is in the side so you need to change the style to make it horizontal.

Hi this seems to be the worst support i have ever come across. I sent a mail for support since September 14, 2018, 9:34 AM and today, 3days after I am yet to get a response. Am so much disappointed. If I had checked the comment by other users, i would have not purchased this theme. I bought this theme because of the trust I have for themeforest as i have never been disappointed. Your PLUGIN cannot be installed, It says PLUGIN not found. I downloaded the install able file, so this is not about file to choose. I also downloaded the complete file and pull out the plugin file, its still the same issue.

I am looking for a theme to create a psychologists directory. The psychologist listing must have fields like experience, education, certificate courses, specialisations… along with ability to add multiple locations per psychologist and for each location working hours.
Would this theme be suitable for a project of this nature?

is your theme fixed to that sweet 960px size or is it not useable on Screens with 2017/2018 resolutions?

Listings theme is responsive and it will look good on all screen sizes. It’s container is 960px and it will use this width on all large devices (bigger than 1200).

Also, can I have different Attributes for different Categories, like a Tractor has some attributes, HP, Year of Fabrication and so on, and a Harvester Combine has other attributes, HP, Year, Header and so on..

It depends on what kind of post you are using. In Listing theme we created a custom post called listings. In there you can create attributes that are then used to search and filter listings. So yes you can create categories for the listings. But I’m not quite sure about importing the content without changing the xml to the standard that the theme is using.

Hi. The questions about attributes was not if we can make them, but if we can assign them to specific categories, exclusively. In the PremiumPress theme we have 2 options, both bad for our domain: 1. We can assign attributes like color, model, horse power, on a membership listings package. We can call it Tractors and it will work, but you will also have under that package the option to assign categories, like Vegetables and so on. So, the client can put he’s tractor on the vegetable market. 2. You can assign attributes globally. So a Tomato can have Horse Power. And that is bad. We need to be sure that you have option 3: So that we can assign Attributes Directly to Categories. Like Tractors would have horse power, color, and so on, but vegetables would have no special attributes on them. We need this as many people prefer to filter their machines by attributes and we have a disadvantage as we cannot offer that now. // also, the custom types they use is listing and listing_category. But we will reboot our website so we can skip the import part. We just need to know if we can have the attributes linked to categories, exclusively. Thank you again.

Unfortunately the theme was build for a specific kind of product, like in the demo for vehicles that have the same attributes. So yes if you put a vegetable in there you can add attributes like fuel type or something like that. 
In that case you must have a parent category like Type of product and then sort other attributes or child categories based on that category. I’m not sure that such a product exist here (I didn’t come across a listing theme like that), it would be better for considering a custom website.

Can combo boxes update the information of other combo boxes for example if I select a brand that leave me in the box only models that relates to that this brand ?

Unfortunately no. The boxes can be created as attribute list and then in the search form you can call them individually.
But you can not make conditional logic with them per example if you select Germany then the other box to show only towns of Germany.
