Hi dear customer. We’ll. As you can see in The features of our theme. It does no have a page builder. So The contend in pages is based in shortcodes. It should be modified manually in text mode. I understand that today it is normal that most themes comes with a page builder. However our theme does not. If you does not want to deal with shortcodes and manual editiing and definitely need a theme with a page builder, send me a message using my profile please

If you are talking about the shortcodes,please have in consideration that the demo content of our theme is based in shortcodes. and usually they are used to create the complex structures in WordPress page contents (another themes use pagebuilders ,But that ia not a feature of that theme.) Hi flexwebbeheer, sorry the late answer, yes, about the ticket system, it works with a plugin, the ticket messages go to the admin panel in your website, and you can also set in your admin so you will receiv notifications in your email

Hi happydismissed, sorry for the misunderstanding, I would like to tell you that using 3th party plugins (from the wordpress plugins repository) has noting wrong, it is something normal to use plugins for special functionalities, the theme is a “theme” appeareance, style, etc, and the special functions are always plugins Regards
