Hi, I bought this template. I have a question: why doesn’t the WPBakery Page Builder plugin work in the store version of the site where all the products are displayed on the main page?

In the edition of the main subpage which is the store (displays products) WPBakery Page Builder module is shown (in the page editing option) but inserting something in this module content on the main page of the store is not displayed, what could be wrong?

Sorry, I am NOT a fan of this theme. It is poorly designed. If you remove text from the header the entire header shifts. Looks like I have to eat the $36 bucks I spent on this and use something else.

how do you change the logo on this theme? I can’t find it anywhere. It should be in customization but it’s not? This should be a very basic feature

This is an ok Theme, I purchased it because I liked how the store element functioned. Once installing it, it ultimately worked out of the box, but there are a few glaring issues with the theme and the Theme Manager.

1. Cake Child Theme: There is an image on the right side of the template of the cake with a cherry on top – there seems to be no way to remove this using the editor.

2. The theme, ultimately is not as flexible as others in being able to change elements using the Theme Options Manager

3. Although it is responsive, just a point to make regarding the store products on a mobile phone. The mouse over function to enlarge the product image offsets the image to the right of the screen, and you cannot see it.

4. On the front of the page for the Cake Theme, there does not seem to be any way to change the Roll Over icons (Cupcakes, Croissant etc) only the titles. You have to edit the categories.png found in the images file in order to change this – but you are limited to 4 elements.

5. The Theme Options manager does not insert images (background etc) without first having to copy the URL of the image location, even if it exists in the Media Manager.

6. The Theme Options Manager seems dated, it is the sort of Theme Options Manager that you would see in themes that were produced between 2009-2011 with little control over the elements within the theme.

7. Even though it uses WP-Bakery as the content editor, often making changes appear to not save (Tested on Firefox and Google Chrome) but they actually do save when you update the page.

8. Would be great if the menu bar stretched the entire page width when in Wide Mode.

These are just a few observations.
