Nice template but very poor communication. Feels like mass production and no time for important details.
The contact form feels unfinished as it doesn't have success and error messages, so when a user clicks on "Send", nothing tells them that their message was successfully sent. This is not a good user experience. Through a comment I asked the provider to add success and error messages to the template. They asked me to open a ticket, which I did. As a reply to the ticket, all I received was one short sentence in broken English saying that their template doesn't have success and error message. Really?! Afterwards I wrote again in the comments and in the ticket - no reply.
Because of all mentioned above, I currently cannot give higher rating. I might change my rating if customer service improves and the template improves - currently some basics are missing in both regards.
