It was very difficult to go through the process of importing demo. i had tried it both the ways provided in the documentation. But could import the demo content. Eventually i had to raise the ticket and they did point out the issue and gave me a possible solution but it didn't work.

Eventually i had to provide WP credentials to the support and they helped me out to import the demo content.

Theme is quite complicated and not self-explaining, support was rather poor, some features don't work well.

The effective support is helping us to put our portal online.

The wordpress template is very good and we are testing it with wordpress 5.5

as a newbie out of frustration and what seemed an age with CS, i left my initial review. I have now been given the guidance I was asking for and found that to be good. Unable to amend 1st review so have added a 2nd.
I cannot comment on workings of as i dont understand that side but the theme is now doing what i wanted from purchase.
