I chose logancee-05, but I can’t upload to shopify, and it shows that the upload failed. How can I solve this problem?

Don’t purchase this template guys…no updates and support is dead…nobody is replying to any queries even after opening ticket on their forum…totally disappointed…

The customer support ticket system is non existent. I’ve submitted three tickets with no response.

Hello, I bought the theme on the 20th of January and open a ticket the next day because the mega menu is not working. I had no answer to that ticket so I opened another today but still don’t have a number for the ticket or anything (maybe the system is not working?). I really need help with the menu, I cannot activate the template until I have a working menu. Please let me know how I can contact you. Thanks

Useless support. I had been trying to leave a ticket for support of which i have tried 3 times over month, and i have had no response and now the site gives a 404 error, if they can not fixt their own site how can they fix the ones we have purchased. I will not renew the support until they have fixed the errors with my site

There is no apparent way to edit the product page template. I have reached out to the developer via Skype. Waiting on a response.

There are so many Issues founded in Theme.

1. Demo 8 – Header Social code is not shown after activated
2. Home Slider Navigation icons weren’t load
3. Product Category/Listing : Filter is not working in sidebar from 1024px resolution
4. Product Category/Listing: Grid and Listing Icons are not loading
5. Product Details: Product Image Zoom, display over the sticky menu while page scrolling
6. Product Category/Listing: Listing Products display over on cookies message
7. Cookies message: Didn’t deactivate after the first close.
