I couldn't install it on shopify as the file was much bigger than supported, I try to get support from the autor but it send me to a page where I coulnd't even open a ticket. Total scam.

Theme is having trouble changing and editing languages, The sections of "Filter (Price, Color, etc), Recent Products" do not work

Little to no customer support, when they have a customer support ticket system. I received no notification it was ever even received. While the theme is efficient, customer support is not.

for Customizability

Shopify is supposed to be user friendly, so a shopify theme should be as well. However, the Logancee theme has a sloppy design when it comes to customization. I am very disappointed with my purchase. For as long as this theme has been around, the back end shouldn't be as sloppy as it is

I installed this theme to a customer about a month ago, the customers are very happy. We had some trouble with some features such as the cookies warning, but the support service was very good and helped us with all the minor issues we encountered.

We have been trying to contact Support for basic assistance but their "support platform" is broken and would not create a ticket. Its literally the only way to communicate with the Developer. No phone #, no emails, no Chat support. We will try again but if we cant get a hold of Support, we will be requesting a refund
