Could you kindly let me know the following:
a) Does this theme provide the ability to track items ( or support a plugin that does) – does it require compatibility with any particular software? b) Does this theme provide the ability to get an instant quote/quote calculator? ( I am not looking for a form that sends to an email, but an actual calculator) c) Is it possible to access the documentation for this, so I can see how easy it is to install? d) Does this theme come with video tutorials? e) I am planning to install this theme over the weekend and over the coming week – which days will you be closing over the next week, in the event that I find an issue that needs technical support?

Here’s the answer based on your questions : A. No we don’t provide the tracking plugin. We only provide the plugin that are needed. Yes it does. B. No we only provide the plugin that are needed. There are many quote calculator plugin at wordpress plugin. C. Yes we provide Theme Documentation. D. No it doesn’t. E. We will be closed only on weekend.

I dont understand why do i have to give my url or credientials. There is 3 or more people having same problem which indicates either you know the solution or just trying to keep good score but dont know the solution. Thats not good support. Clearly this is a version based problem and you publish a fix for that. I dont like this at all.
I might add that i dont want to offend you or trying to make you feel uncomfortable.

Customizer issue is fixed but not updated. We need to login to check what the problem, is your problem same, then we will update your customizer file first.
So it’s true that your problem is from customizer (live editor)?
Also if you want us to update your ACF, because ACF is external plugin and if you need update, we need to update it manually, insert the license code and update it for you. We just try the best to help even, you can delete the login that created for us after updating.

Doesn’t work. I can inject that code on a per-post / page basis with a custom CSS plugin. But even that doesn’t work with the custom post types – ‘services.’ And adding the code to the .css file doesn’t work, either.

Actually, this kind of maddening. In the index file there are two instances of this code:

I’ve removed BOTH OF THEM and the breadcrumbs still show up. How can that be?
At issue is the ‘services’ custom post type. Not every company that uses your theme (probably not many at all) want to be forced into using ‘service’ in the breadcrumbs. What file in the theme is the breadcrumbs actually being served from? Thanks.

Hey themesawesome – I’ve left a couple of support requests that I’ve not heard back on. Several days have passed and I’ve had to research and get help elsewhere. Now I really have an issue that needs your attention. For services pages, I need to change the slug from ”?service=storage” to just “storage” or any other word. The ”?service=” isn’t an attractive link structure and SEO plugins don’t recognize it. What can I do here? Thanks.
