The theme purchase code is allowed to be used on one single production installation, and optionally – one development installation. Before deleting the test site or reinstalling the theme there is a need to deactivate the license in Los Ninos – License tab so that it can be reused.

The theme comes with the demo content that allows you to replicate our demo site in a few clicks. After you have uploaded and activated your theme, an Installation Wizard will be launched. It will walk you through installation steps and key options. There are two paths you can follow – One-click Install and Manual Install and you can import content (dummy content, sidebars widgets, customizer settings) to completely re-create demo website on your installation. The theme uses WooCommerce plugin for the shop feature so basically the theme’s e-commerce functionality is 100% powered by the plugin. Sure, you can add variable products. Here you can read how it can be done and here is an example variable product from our demo site. Speaking about images – yes, they are included in the theme demo content.

This is very attractive template. However, I haven’t been able to get the demo setup exactly as it shows in the live preview. Upon installation per the documentation, I see that pages and posts are missing. This is strange as I’ve never had this experience with other WordPress templates. I’ve been in touch with support but the most I’ve gotten is to get my server requirements updated. I did that which the support rep confirmed, reinstalled the theme to no avail. When I reached out again, I was told the requirements that were confirmed as met were no longer met and that I reach out to my hosting provider to update it. I have done that and my site remains same. I have been trying to get support to provide an alternative means of getting the dummy content setup as that’s the easiest way to edit the template for my needs. I’ve had a couple of messages go answered and I don’t understand why that is. All I want is to have the issue resolved.

We’re upset to know that you’ve faced with difficulties during the demo content import. We try our best to get back to our customers at the earliest terms but because of the queue it may take up to 24-48 hours to answer the request, appreciate your patience.
In order to avoid possible issues with the demo content import it was recommended to increase “PHP time limit” and “Max input time” to 360 or above and as far as we can see the settings used on your server still don’t meet the requirements (you can easily check it in the Tools/Site Health/Info/Server tab).
The best way to import the demo content is to do it via the Installation Wizard but please note that the demo content can’t be imported correctly if the required server settings aren’t set at first. Please use the correct server settings, deactivate the license in the Los Ninos/License tab, reset WordPress and install the theme with desired demo content.
