Okay, how do i backup my theme settings exactly before installing the updated theme? ive done alot of customization and i dont want to lose it. i want to be able to upload the theme and have it retain all of my customizations and edits. how do i do this? i did not see how to do that in video. is there a way i can commission someone to do it if i cant figure it out?

i purchased this item for a client and ended up NOT using it. I decided to repurpose it for another project. I changed the site over to a different url. Everything was/is in the same location. Im having a small issue with the lotus admin panel not taking the updates. Is there an issue im missing because of the change? please advise. Thank you (URGENT)
what was your previous version (on first domain) and what is the version you are using now?
Same versions, they are the same site. I just switched out the domains in the options.

i have bought lotus and i really like this theme. I have update to new version 1.7

but there is an issue and i cannot make it work.
I checked out with the plugin developper and the problem should be coming from the lotus script.

I tried just added in IMAGE blocks using the Smart Page Builder – but it doesn’t give that nice image zoom in effect you guys seem to be getting?? Is it a diff method?

hello averta, i am really trying to get this theme to work and the support i have been given thus far is not helping at all. is there a live person or someone i can have actually fix the bugs in your theme on my system? i am still having issues with the permalinks working for the single highlight/details pages in the portfolio and product section. i tried to reinstall and upgrade to 1.7 as per the instructions. But now the menu is gone and the permalinks are not working at all. is there a live person via phone or chat or someone i can have actually fix the bugs in your theme on my system? i need this resolved
Please read documentations, we have mentioned that after updating Lotus, you just need to go to the Theme Options and save all settings, and about the menu, go to appearance > menu and select your header menu in theme locations and hit save.
We cannot provide real time supporting for now, but you can create a temporary admin account and send its username and password to us, our support staff will check your site and solve your problem as soon as possible.

your problem is not critical and you can use your website by now. we have to-do list and work base on that.
we work on schedules and include the fix in next update.

Why does your description say 5 sliders included but it does not include all 5. Needing to buy some of them does not mean they are included, this is very misleading.
We’ve embedded Layer Slider, Cute Slider, Flex Slider, Nivo Slider into the Lotus and you can find Revolution Slider WP plugin in downloaded package.
Sorry my mistake, I have many plugins so I did not see layer and cute all the way at the bottom.
In the documentation for the layer slider it also says.
Extract the plugin on your machine that you downloaded from CodeCanyon.
This lead me to believe I needed to get it from CodeCanyon which is $15

I wanted to sign in for your support forum but on the Themeforest website can’t find any more ‘licence certificate’ link. Please check it out by yourself (weird) and advice me what to do.
1. Is it possible to import layer slider like it’s on your demo website? I’ve imported CodeCanyon demo but there are some things I like on ur website.
2. My website is set on full width. When I set up layer slider in ‘real’ size, it appears on website oversized. For example if I put height 450px it appears like 800px high. I can’t find anything in their documentation about that issue.
3. I’ve read in comments that somebody was suggesting ‘captions’ for portfolio items. Please DO consider that in future updates. I am sure many people would like to put description for each item. Your suggestion to use slider description doesn’t work well – it’s huge.
