I will review your theme at 1 star for the below reasons. I was patient to await improvement but this is still disappointing.
Your support pointed me towards something very technical just to change the Instagram icon. He didn’t change it for me.
I have replied requesting whether he could change that for me but received no replies back.
I had to seek help from someone else to add a Instagram icon for me (something that every website must have these days by default).
Since this was solved by myself I have closed the ticket myself.
So far reaching out to you or to your support has not given any support at all. All I have received is standard replies.
Sample of your replies:
- You have uploaded a theme updated but no guide how to update, I have asked but was told that this is not something you do and did not even bother to point towards any source.
- Uploading images you need to code the insert image by knowing codes and we will not fix this because it is Magento’s issue. I have argued this that it is not because I am using other Magento themes and none has the same issue. This is theme related. So I cannot upload images unless i insert codes, move it around and fiddle with the codes, 1 image 10 minutes work.
- No modern social media icons available to use in the footer. I reached to your support and he pointed me to do heavy css without correct guidance. He suggested to change RSS icond with Instagram, so now I don’t have rss icon as well. I have asked to change for me, but was not done and not replied.
Replies are coming in every 24 hours only, but that does not mean that get useful replies.
I am using many Magento themes and I must say that your theme was a wrong choice as it has many many bugs, issues, support is non-existent.
I have only 10 days of support left which I can’t call support and haven’t be able to use this service.

1. Please see the complete screenshot of how your support guides. Your support expects everyone to be css technical. He said you work with css but did not mention where to get the css code from, where to get the instagram code from, what is f09e at all? Please see the screenshot and judge for yourself.

Now based your support’s reply I should get rid of RSS which I need but replace it with the Instagram code, how is that a good solution? Don’t we know that a modern theme these days has instagram icon and a RSS might bee needed as well?
2. I have used many Magento themes, on the same server and same way of setup, but only your theme requires technical knowledge to insert a simple image into any page, block or anywhere else. It is only fair if you mention this in your theme’s description. It is only fair if you mention your description that one cannot insert image as normal and you will not provide any support in fixing it, even though you are arguing that it is to do with Magento. It is not, the issue is with your theme.
I have been struggling with your theme for months and I have been patiently trying to use and try to adjust with the bugs and all the limitation in your theme, reached out to your support but got disappointed and got to know your support with 2 simple tickets.

Hello, we are reaching our 10 days mark and still our issue is not resolved. Can you please request your support to resolve our issue.
We cannot insert images with html view. You have advised to insert images using the code view which is not good. If the image is inserted between the wrong code or spot then the whole layout gets messed up. Inserting 1 image takes hours of retries. I have used many other Magento themes and none have this issue.

Hello, I got the reply but not fixed. It has been 4 days now and getting a reply every 24 hours but not a fix even though it was set to high priority.

the following needs to be fixed please: Initially the insert image option is not there in the html view as your screenshot, but when I click show/hide editor then the insert image button appears but the bottom box is code view which is very inconvenient and not clear. Please see screenshot.

I have just replied to the message once again. All I want is a html view image insert as your have showed in your demo and screenshot, but I am being suggested to use the code view in your video. I am not a developer and this suggestion is not convenient for a person who is not technical. The insert image option must be there as it is in any other magento shop or theme. I don’t want a very technical work around to insert images. That will take hours to do so.

You are saying that the issue is with magentos system and not your theme but in your screenshot the Insert button is displayed with the HTML options, means the box is html and not code view.
I am attaching the screenshot you have sent me couple of days ago. In your screenshot the Insert Image button appears and also at the bottom the HTML buttons and options. I want the same.

Its More than 4 months but the things are not resolved. Your team solving one issue are created 2 more issues. Its really struggle…....Now i am very disappointed.
Initally theme home slider images not changing you have resolved but product images are not showing on home page. I raiseded ticket then you told to update theme i done but again slider and home product images not showing.
