I will review your theme at 1 star for the below reasons. I was patient to await improvement but this is still disappointing.
Your support pointed me towards something very technical just to change the Instagram icon. He didn’t change it for me.
I have replied requesting whether he could change that for me but received not replies back.
I had to seek help from someone else to add a Instagram icon for me (something that every website must have these days by default).
Since this was solved by myself I have closed the ticket myself.
So far reaching out to you or to your support has not given any support at all. All I have received is standard replies.
Sample of your replies:
- You have uploaded a theme updated but no guide how to update, I have asked but was told that this is not something you do and did not even bother to point towards any source.
- Uploading images you need to code the insert image by knowing codes and we will not fix this because it is Magento’s issue. I have argued this that it is not because I am using other Magento themes and none has the same issue. This is theme related. So I cannot upload images unless i insert codes, move it around and fiddle with the codes, 1 image 10 minutes work.
- No modern social media icons available to use in the footer. I reached to your support and he pointed me to do heavy css withouth correct guidance. He suggested to change RSS icond with Instagram, so now I don’t have rss icon as well. I have asked to change for me, but was not done and not replied.
Replies are coming in every 24 hours only, but that does not mean that get useful replies.
I am using many Magento themes and I must say that your theme was a wrong choice as it has many many bugs, issues, support is non-existent.
I have only 10 days of support left which I can’t call support and haven’t be able to use this service.
Hope it helps you to improve and others to decide on your theme as well.

We just track your ticket to see whether our support team really did provide that kind of support replies to you or not. However, we do not see any replies like you quoted above. Here are 2 mains things we see when viewing your tickets:
1. We showed you guide step by step of how to do, even we give you screenshot . You can absolutely do it by yourself, so we just give you specific guide (http://prntscr.com/jhih1p ). If you really can not do or do something wrong afterthat, we will help you.
2. There are something related Magento default, we can not change as well as you can not force system act as you want. As we said to you via ticket: "We only build theme for magento. We don't modify magento admin feature."
