Custom form text can be changed using the theme language file. However, adding new fields requires changes in php files. We recommend using Contac form 7 instead to manage the form fields in the dashboard.

“Error load data from file…” means that the import is blocked on the server. Please download demo.zip using the following link: http://demofiles.themerex.net/lovestory/demo.zip.
Unzip it and upload the extracted /demo folder into /wp-content/themes/theme_name folder. Then go to Appearance -> Install Demo Data and repeat the procedure.

I recently had a chat with you in the comments section for the template version of this theme. I have taken over admin duties for a website that was built by another developer. That developer claims he used your theme to build the site. After one week of a working website, the website broke, and the developer is now unavailable. The specific issue is that every page on the site displays a blank white screen, and the lone entry in the PHP error log is:

The txt issue is server-related. You most likely have Safe mode or allow_url_fopen = Off in PHP settings or outgoing server requests are forbidden in firewall.
The issue can be solved by adding the following line:
php_value allow_url_fopen On
- to .htaccess file on your FTPor
allow_url_fopen = On;
- to php.ini or php5.ini file on your FTP.
Alternatively, you can download the demo.zip (see this documentation link http://lovestory.themerex.net/doc/#demo_content), unzip it and upload the unzipped demo folder to wp-content/themes/lovestory directory on FTP so that the path to the files is wp-content/themes/lovestorydemo/default…. With that done, please try importing the dummy data from your admin again, it should work.

Hello. Even if I know that my support has expired, I can see some bugs in the theme editor that may affect other people as well. For example the copyright footer section is not working anymore for me, so I am unable to update the copyright text or disable/enable it.

Please edit Copyright text in the Theme options->Footer tab->Copyright text: Footer copyright text – Copyright text that will be displayed in the footer area. In order to make the current year change automatically, just paste {Y} instead of the year.
