I have been using Envato themes since 2019 and never have I had so many issues with a theme. First, the theme is quite complex to unpack and install. Right out the gate, you need to reach out to tech support for help simply to install a demo, on top of that, the support team seems to take forever to respond. There's no auto-response to let you know if they received your message and they take days to respond, when they finally do the assistance provided is bearly useful as they either direct you to documentation that it not easy to follow or don't explain how to fix this issue well. Every customization I tried making to the theme created another issue and it was just overall a bad experience. Hard to customize the theme, lots of bugs, subpar customer support and features are limited (no review features for users to rate tours). I ended up having to invest in a whole other theme in the end. Not worth it.
These people are scammers, they did not want to return the money, the issue is full of errors everywhere, do not lose your money like what happened to me!
Dont ever buy any NicDark Themes...They are just fckin scammers born to eat others money....
Making themes with full of bugs and not working features and selling it to people is what they do.Even if u contact their customer support it will take them months to reply...Scammer...!!!Beware Guys..Think Before You Purchase
The worst support service I have dealt with. They are very late in responding. I am trying to install the site and I am suffering from problems and there is no one to help.
