@ThemeAuthor, in following your advice that we should proceed with importing the demo content while the theme complains of a plugin error, any time I click on import demo tab, it says that “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” on a WordPress Error page. I’ve been facing one issue or the other since I purchased this theme, would you please respond to my ticket and let’s get this resolved!

Hi, My ticket regarding “not being able to manually install the demo data correctly” has been ignored. Ticket status is set to Urgent and has been completely ignored by the SmartDataSoft Team. This is appalling because tickets with such status should be prioritized!

Hello, I verify disappointed with your support. I left tickets but I am not getting a response on them. I mean this is not serious. Installed the team and followed all the instructions at installation but it came with many issues and I have opened tickets yet you do not value urgency. If not for my client I would I should be asking for a refund. This is not serious!

Hi there, I moved my website from one domain to another, however I didn’t realize we had to de-activate the license on the old domain before migrating it (nor did it notify me, it still showed active on the new domain). I just need to de-active the license so that I can re-activate it on the new domain but my support has expired so I cannot submit a ticket. Please advise thanks.
