Bad support? If you have an active support period, we didn't receive any support request from you. Where don't play? For our experience we know that Safari could have some limits with video autoplay on background...for example in low battery mode...these are new strange policies for this browser. If you mean on mobile, as described in the documentation, the video fallback to an image to reduce bandwith consume on this devices. But if we had received a support request, we were able to help you to enable also on mobile. All the best
