Do I have to go pay to upgrade ACF pro plugin? I used Envato Market’s updater to update the theme. The plug in is out of date & when I try to update it says Update failed: Update package not available. Do I have to buy the plugin update or is it safe to use something free?

Another thing, please renew the theme support. The standard theme support is free for 6 months from the time of the item purchase. Right now your support is expired. Renew the support via your ThemeForest account > Downloads and below the Luminis theme title you’ll see the “Renew support now” link.

I’ve one problem in theme, even if you check this demo: https://matchthemes.com/demowp/luminis/ in mobile view. there’s a little horizontal scroll on home page, some element has more padding, I’m unable to figure it out which one it is.
Even on my website https://princefilms.london the same problem is there.
It is only on the homepage, other pages work fine.
Open in mobile and try moving the page left-right, you’ll see a little horizontal scroll.
Let me know the fix to it soon.

Hi, thanks for your interest regarding Luminis theme. Yes, the theme comes with demo content. The portfolio styles are added via shortcodes ( 2, 3 cols etc. ) . For the gallery you have options to choose the style when you edit / create the gallery page. For general options like logo, colors, typography you have the theme customize panel. A new version of Advanced Custom Fields PRO (ACF Pro) is available (version 5.8.1). But an automatic update for this plugin is not available. What do I have to do now?

Hi, you can update the ACF plugin if you have a pro license. The plugin is embedded in the theme, but you’ll have to way until I verify the compatibility with the theme. Then I’ll include the newer version. Yes, right now the theme has the latest ACF version.

Hi , i recently bought your theme . The problem i am facing is your dummy content is not importing properly . I am following your documentation method exactly but at the end it is saying Failed to import section nature Failed to import section personal etc. I have increased upload maxfilesize , memory limit enough but it is not working still. Hi, the Luminis doesn’t require 3rd party plugins. You’ll have to install only the plugin for the custom post type gallery that comes with the theme.

If i wish to create multiple tabs under portfolio will i be able to create it? Example If i click on portfolio tab i want following tabs to appear as a drop down: Portfolio Wedding Prewedding Portraits
If i click on weddings tabs(under Portfolio) i should be able to view all the weddings i covered as seperate projects. Example if you see live demos schema it says Portfolio->Portfolio 1 Col-> then it open up as Portraits, Weddings etc
How i was planning to go for was Portfolio->Weddings(instead of Portfolio 1 Col) ->Then it would open my projects ABC , XYZ

You can use the portfolio categories for that. You can create a Weddings category and under it you can add your weddings projects. Works the same as the categories for Posts.
In my demo example check under Portfolio menu item > Categ Personal or Categ Nature items.
